Take a deep breath in through your nose,
Gently feel the air as it enters your nostrils.
Feel your lungs and your belly as they fill in expansion.
Hold your breath gently in your belly and gently exhale releasing any pent up feelings and gently allow yourself this moment for healing.
Now imagine yourself and your partner sitting in meditation across from each other.
You are in an open space.
You are meeting one another on an astral plane.
This allows you to see the relationship that you once had form together.
Gently imagine the two of you and truly see the relationship for the first time.
Visualise the energy between you.
Are the colours bright?
Is it a feeling?
Is there any dark patches or light that has dimmed?
Know that whatever you see is right for you.
Allow yourself to see how much energy you have invested in the past.
Allow feelings to come to you.
Whatever you feel again is right for you.
