Before you rise your body for the day,
Go ahead and place one hand on your heart and one hand on your belly.
Feel the beating of your heart,
Feel the belly as it expands with air.
Heartbeat and breath are our connections to life.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Begin to take deep,
Steady,
Calm breaths in through your nose,
Down to your diaphragm,
Expanding your belly.
And with that same steadiness,
Exhale out the mouth.
For a few moments here,
Imagine that time does not exist.
In your reality,
What exists right now is what you are experiencing in this moment,
Through self-touch and breath.
Breathe.
Breathing gratitude for another day of being alive.
Exhale any worries or doubts.
Give gratitude for life itself and this human experience.
As you feel your hands on your body,
Feel the warmth and tender touch.
Appreciating the beating of your heart,
Your skin,
Your functioning organs,
Your ability to move,
The resilience and the strength of your body,
The power of your mind,
The beauty of your heart.
Give gratitude to yourself for your entire life up until this moment,
That you have shown up every day with a desire to be the best human in this lifetime that you can be.
If you didn't,
You wouldn't be here now and you wouldn't be putting in the work.
You were once a baby.
This vessel that you have been given has grown with you,
Supported you,
And allows you to have the freedom to live your life how you choose.
Give a heartfelt gratitude to your vessel.
Starting the day with this gratitude helps to align the mind,
Body,
And soul to set intentions for the day.
Let's take some time to be in silence,
Continuing to do deep breathing,
Feeling your hand rise as the air enters your body with gratitude and love,
And exhale with appreciation of self-comfort and inner strength.

You you you you you you you you you keeping your hips and core where it is pelvis even then taking your arms to the upper left side of your body using your left hand to gently pull and stretch your right arm finding openness and expansion into the right side of your body release any tightness breathe into the right side of your body where you feel the most tension expanding more and more with each breath releasing your arms and legs shift your legs to the far right side continue leaving your pelvis where it is evening it out on both sides arms overhead to the far right right hand gently pulling on the left wrist stretching the left side of your body now deep breathing into the left expanding balancing out arms and legs return to the center take a deep breath in and exhale because you are ready for your day thank you for joining me here we go
