This meditation will guide you to balance all seven of your internal energy centers, with the positivity of guided activation, color, and breath. Become aligned from root to crown and cleanse your aura. Relax and trust your body’s natural healing ability to align. For this meditation we will anchor ourselves with the breath and guided visualizations.

We will also use affirmations for self-empowerment and inner confidence to support our self-love journey.

Let's first start by getting into a comfortable seated position with our palms up and open for an open mind.

Gently close your eyes and let's start with a deep inhale through the nose and a nice full exhale.

Take another deep inhale filling the belly and exhale.

Relax your shoulders.

Another deep inhale focusing on filling your belly and expanding the rib cage.

Continue with these deep beautiful breaths.

Use this meditation as your opportunity to get grounded in the present moment.

Check in with yourself.

How is your body and spirit feeling?

Let's take another deep inhale through the nose allowing your chest to expand broadly and proudly.

Another deep inhale and then release any tension in the shoulders on your exhale.

Be proud and feel confident.

If the mind wanders that is perfectly okay.

Just refocus on the breath and choose to come home to center.

Every time you wander home to the breath and come home to center.

We'll introduce some beautiful affirmations to balance and align all of our chakras.

Now send your breath to the base of your spine,

Your root chakra.

Visualize a glowing red light shining bright and as you visualize this glowing red light in your root chakra repeat I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe and now moving up send your breath to your pelvis area to your sacral chakra and visualize a bright orange light glowing bright in your sacral chakra and as you visualize this bright orange light in your sacral chakra repeat I am creative.

I am creative.

I am creative and now bring your attention to your abdomen just above your navel to your solar plexus chakra and visualize a bright yellow energy shining from your solar plexus chakra and as you visualize this glowing yellow energy from your solar plexus chakra repeat I am confident.

I am confident.

I am confident.

Now send your breath upward to your beautiful heart space and breathe in a beautiful glowing green light into your beautiful heart chakra and as you breathe in this glowing green light repeat I am love.

I am love.

I am love.

Now send your breath to your beautiful throat chakra and as you send your breath to your beautiful throat chakra visualize a crystal clear blue light moving in and out of your throat with every inhale and exhale and as you visualize this beautiful crystal clear blue light in your throat chakra repeat I am truth.

I am truth.

I am truth and now send your breath to your forehead to your third eye chakra and visualize a purple light in your third eye chakra and as you visualize this beautiful purple light in your third eye chakra repeat I am wisdom.

I am wisdom.

I am wisdom and finally send your breath to the crown of your head to your crown chakra and visualize a sphere of divine white light in your crown chakra and as you visualize this divine white light filling your crown chakra repeat I am whole.

I am whole.

I am whole.

Now take a deep inhale through the nose taking in the power of these affirmations filling your lungs all the way down to your belly filling in with the opportunity that's in the air and now turn your internal vision to yourself.

I invite you to visualize yourself standing tall and proud on the top of a mountain confident and magnificent.

Visualize the mountain you're on and the scenery around you.

Feel yourself connected to the earth.

You are inherently grounded.

You are inherently strong.

If you find your thoughts or ideas crossing your mind I invite you to visualize them as clouds in the sky.

Observe them at first and then allow them to float by.

Sometimes there'll be big clouds and sometimes there'll be small ones but remember there'll always be a blue sky above.

You will always have your higher level of awareness.

Thank the clouds for visiting and allow them to pass.

Now take a deep inhale relaxing into this mountaintop visualization.

Visualize your body surrounded by a white shining light orb.

Think of this as your aura shining bright.

Notice with each inhale and each exhale your light starts to shine brighter and brighter.

Feel strong and proud and confident that you have balanced all of your energy centers and remember you can return here to this mountain whenever you need.

Now take three more deep inhales and exhales and slowly start to bring your attention back to your body,

Back to the present in the current moment.

Start to make small movements in the body,

Moving your fingers and toes,

Opening and closing the palms of your hands and maybe even rotate your neck from side to side.

You can gently open your eyes.
