Manifestation 101

Manifesting is a practice, just like learning the piano or happiness. You have to keep doing it to build your skills up. In just under 10 minutes, I will show you an exercise to help strengthen the manifestation muscle. Start with something small, something you believe is attainable. If you can see it in your mind, you can achieve it. Do this practice for 30 days, and let me know what happens!

Hey there,

My name is Maria and I am the founder of Soulfed and today I wanted to do a little meditation with you on manifesting your heart's desire.

So I'm gonna make you do some homework for this meditation but don't worry it's not that much absolutely minimal I promise.

So the first thing I'm gonna ask you to do is to grab a notebook that you can dedicate to this meditation.

Along with that notebook I'm gonna ask you to grab a pen,

Preferably a pen that writes in red ink but whatever color you have is fine but if you have one that writes in red go ahead and pick that one up for this exercise.

So before we can manifest what we want we have to get really clear on what we want and if you already know great you're a third of the way there congratulations but if you don't know I just want you to take a minute and just close your eyes and just ask yourself what is it that I truly want?

It's important to start small make sure that the thing that you're trying to manifest is believable and something that you feel that you can attain.

Remember that manifesting like meditation and happiness is a practice so start with something small and as you start building that skill that muscle inside of you you can go bigger and bigger and bigger and just let the answer pop into your head no worries about how long that takes and as soon as it does I want you to imagine what it would look like if you got what you wanted and now just take out your notebook and in a few sentences write out the outcome of having your heart's desire.

So let's say for example you wanted to manifest a big yellow hat.

Imagine what it was like and write down what it's like to have the hat where you would be while you're wearing the hat,

What the hat looks like on you,

How the hat makes you feel,

How heavy the hat is on your head.

Try to notice every single detail and then write it down in your notebook just in a few sentences.

Go ahead and pause this recording and once you have it written down in a few succinct sentences go ahead and hit play.

I'll wait.

Okay great now that you're back let's go ahead and begin our meditation.

So go ahead and find a comfortable seat whether that's on a Seza bench or a chair it doesn't matter.

If you're in a chair just make sure that you're sitting with your feet planted firmly on the ground,

Your back is straight,

Close your eyes and just start breathing in and out.

Just breathe in for a count of four and breathe out for a count of seven.

So breathe in one two three four.

Breathe out one two three four five six seven.

One more time breathe in one two three four.

Breathe out one two three four five six seven.

Now just breathe in and out normally and just notice anything that comes without any attachment.

As you're breathing in and out I want you to focus on a person or an animal or a plant that you really really love that just brightens up your day.

Just I want you to envision this person or this animal or this living entity whatever it is and just feel all the love that you have for that given person,

Animal,

Thing.

Just allow that emotion to course through your body and just allow yourself to absorb it for a few moments.

Just really feel the love,

Envision that person in your mind's eye and just feel all the positive emotions that go with that.

And as you're feeling that emotion I just want you to start thinking about the sentences that you wrote down in your journal,

The final outcome.

As you're feeling that love in your heart I want you to think about what it's gonna look like for you when you get the thing that you want to get.

How is it gonna feel?

Where are you?

What does it look like?

Pay attention to all the details that come with having the thing that you want to have.

If you're having a hard time visualizing it just think about what you wrote in your journal and you can repeat that in your head as well.

Sometimes visualizing is really hard to get from the beginning so you know sometimes it just helps to just repeat the words that we've already written in our journal.

And go ahead while you're imagining that feel excited,

Feel the love that you feel,

Feel joy,

Feel all those things.

And when you're ready go ahead and wrap that scene into a giant bubble and just send it up into the sky.

Just push it up into the sky,

Past the clouds,

Through the stratosphere and right into space.

And when your bubble gets into space go ahead and let it burst.

Now your intention is out in the universe and it is being taken care of and it is coming to you.

So go ahead and just let it go and just return to your breath.

Breathing in for a count of four.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe out for a count of seven.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

Return to your body,

Return to the space inside of you and just be there.

Just sit with yourself,

Feel everything in your toes,

Feel your feet,

Feel your ankles and your calves,

Feel your knees,

Feel your thighs.

Moving up into your lower back,

Go ahead and feel your abdomen,

Feel your chest,

Feel your shoulder blades,

Make sure that those are relaxed.

Keep breathing the whole time.

Feel your arms,

Your neck,

Your jaw,

Unclench your jaw if it's clenched.

Feel your nose,

Feel just behind your eyes,

That space behind your eyes and just keep breathing.

Just be there with yourself.

When you're ready go ahead and open your eyes.

That's it,

We're done.

So I want you to try this meditation every day for 30 days and let me know what happens.
