GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG I'm going to have you close your eyes and get comfortable.
And then we're going to have you take in a deep breath and bring it all the way down through your chest into your hips.
And as you exhale,
Just imagine that all the stress and tension and anxiety and all the congestion in your body all the way up,
Moving up through your shoulders and coming out your head as you exhale.
As you exhale,
And then breathing in deeply into your hips.
And then as you exhale,
Feel it moving up all that stress,
Congestion,
Anxiety,
Moving out up through your hips,
Your shoulders,
Releasing through the top of your head.
And on this last one,
Let's bring this in.
And this time I'm going to have you bring the breath all the way down.
Down through your hips and moving it down to your legs and just feel the breath going down into the earth.
And then as you're exhaling and just letting all stress and fatigue and tension go out through your legs,
Out through your hips,
Breathing in and out up through the top of your head.
And then as you exhale,
The next breath we're going to bring that breath all the way down into our hips.
And we're going to connect with the part of ourselves.
That's our soul,
Or higher selves.
And this is the part of ourselves that's untouched by any experience.
And it's not so bad,
It just is what it is.
And we're just going to exhale feeling that consciousness flow out from our hips on both sides,
And front and back and expand.
And as we exhale,
We're going to exhale our consciousness out from our hips,
From our lower stomach and our lower backs out all the way around us.
And this is going to allow us to deeply listen to what's coming up inside the heart of us.
It's going to allow us to be in a sacred space to really receive all the information that's coming through to us.
And everything coming through is only for our highest good.
And only of the light.
And I always call on God,
You can call on whoever you want to surround you and protect you and just keep this space sacred.
We'll go ahead and begin.
So we're going to breathe in red.
So just vision,
Envision the color red coming into your body and filling your whole body.
And then we're going to exhale,
Yellow out.
Breathe in green,
Out blue.
Breathe in yellow.
Exhale,
Red.
Inhale,
Blue.
Exhale,
Green.
Inhale,
Orange.
Exhale,
Purple.
In with fire.
Air out.
Earth in.
Water out.
Air in.
Fire out.
Water in.
Earth out.
Fire in.
Light out.
Mind in.
Spirit out.
Body in.
Emotions out.
Spirit in.
Mind out.
Emotions in.
Body out.
Soul in.
Heart out.
Wisdom in.
Truth out.
Prosperity in.
Peace out.
Truth in.
Wisdom out.

One in.
Two out.

Nine in.
Zero out.
The path is eternal.
It is an endless path.
Parallel lines.
Therefore,
There is no beginning or end point.
