This is a meditation to invoke the protective energies of Archangel Michael and his twin flame Archangel Lady Faith.
Take a moment to sit upright with your spine straight and feel yourself being pulled up as if something is sucking you upwards and feel yourself at the same time being pulled downwards as if something is sucking you into the earth and you are suspended between these two.
Now take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly breathe out through your mouth and as you do that relax your shoulders and remind yourself there is nothing to do,
Nowhere to go.
You are totally at ease in this meditation and it is effortless.
Meditations do not require effort.
And take another deep breath in through your nose and breathe out slowly through your mouth and take a moment to feel your body,
Feel your head,
Your chest,
Your tummy and your pelvis,
Your legs and your feet and your arms and your hands.
Notice what your body is saying to you right now.
Is there an area that is tense,
Happy,
Excited?
Is the energy going more upwards or more downwards?
And how do you feel in the energy around you?
Your aura,
Your energetic field?
Just observe there is no need for stories and we don't need to resist it or fix it.
Just allow it to be there and say hi.
Now in a space above your head there is a portal that is slowly opening and through this portal comes the most exquisite white light.
See it,
Imagine it or feel it.
It's coming in,
It's kind of bathing you but it's coming in especially into your energy field through the top of your head where you have your crown chakra.
And allow your body to absorb this beautiful white light.
It's very strong,
It's very powerful.
This light is being brought forth by Archangel Michael to help us to be in a better state to receive his other gifts today.
And as you are sitting in this beautiful white light you may feel becoming like your body is becoming lighter which is totally okay as long as you sit on something and are connected to the earth as well.
If you get a little bit lightheaded just feel your connection with the earth and bring yourself back as if you're pulling on a string you're bringing all of you back into your body nice.
And now through the portal above your head come two beautiful angels Archangel Michael the great protector angel and warrior angel.
Apparently he is the closest to God or source and his twin flame Archangel Lady Faith.
They both land on either side of you Archangel Michael to your right and his twin flame Archangel Lady Faith to your left.
Each puts one hand on your shoulders.
Feel your tension dissolve.
They are now singing their love and blessings into your energy field.
You may be able to feel it and you may not.
It's totally okay just allow it to happen.
When angels sing to us they activate our memories of happier times of love of being close to our creator to source.
Now Archangel Michael is bringing forth a beautiful golden orb of light.
It looks like a marble except that it looks like it has the entire universe in it which it does.
And he puts this orb at the front of your heart chakra in the middle of your chest and it comes in through your heart chakra through layers and layers and layers into the center of the center of your chest the divine flame.
And when it gets there it expands.
Maybe take a couple of deep breaths to allow for that expansion in your heart and in your chest.
This orb is an orb of unconditional love which helps you to open your heart more and more until it becomes a natural state.
And now from the back Archangel Lady Faith is bringing forth a beautiful purple orb of divine healing and she is placing this at the back of your heart chakra and it travels to the center of the center of your chest where it merges with the golden orb and they start to dance or move together.
You may be able to feel this and you may find it encouraging and comforting and you may not.
Sometimes when this happens the protections that we have put around our hearts are playing up and trying to keep us safe but they cannot.
However the golden and the purple orb can keep us safe because they resonate at such a high level that only light can enter.
This is your ultimate protection is love.
So release whatever you're comfortable releasing.
Any shields or walls that you've built around your heart to keep yourself safe can now be released because you are safe.
And as the two orbs are now starting to move and spin there's a golden vortex of golden light that goes up through your upper chakras and all the way back to source and it looks like a helix.
And now through your lower chakras there is a similar vortex going down all the way to the center of the earth connecting you with the essence of the earth.
You are now suspended between heaven and earth.
Anchored in your heart.
You may notice how everything is getting very still.
Take a moment to be grateful for this beautiful protection and for the presence of these gorgeous angels in your life.
