Taking this moment to come home to your body now and start connecting to your breath once again.
Settling into stillness.
Allowing your eyes to gently close.
Feeling into the physical body a little more with every inhale and exhale.
Can you give yourself permission in this moment to just be?
Be as you are.
Allowing,
Noticing,
Feeling.
For the next few moments as we sit here in stillness,
We will honor our aliveness,
Our bodies,
Our vitality with every breath.
Breathing in and out.
Taking another unifying breath together before we begin.
Continuing with the breath at your own pace.
Allowing it to find its steady shape,
Depth.
And know that you can come back to it at any point through this meditation and through your day.
Knowing that with each breath you are breathing in life.
Admire the beauty in that.
The simplicity.
Admiring the natural rhythm of the breath as if noticing it for the very first time.
Wow.
Breathing in.
And out.
Noticing the subtleties of the breath.
Where it stops.
And where it might need the slightest bit of expansion.
See if you can send your breath deeper into your body now.
Maybe even noticing how your lungs might ever so slightly kiss the insides of your ribs as they fill with air.
Noticing how the breath just continues.
Knowing exactly what to do.
In.
Out.
Your heart beats.
Bless your aliveness.
Saying silently to yourself,
I honor you body.
I honor you as you show up in this moment.
And this one.
And this one.
I honor your wholeness,
Your fierceness,
Your beauty.
I honor your perfectly imperfect presence.
Breathing in,
I honor you body.
And breathing out,
I am alive.
I honor how you move today.
Your willingness to show up.
To push beyond boundaries.
To move in new ways.
Thank you body for carrying me today.
Breathing in,
I honor you body.
And breathing out,
I am alive.
Seeing just how much more you can surrender to each breath.
Connecting to and rooting into this gift of the body.
I honor you body.
For your heart,
Your opening,
Your expansion,
Your space,
Your growth.
Breathing in,
I honor you body.
Breathing out,
I am alive.
I allow the work you did today and every day to be an extension of my own heart.
I let the light,
The aliveness to shine through you now.
You are alive and I honor you body.
I honor your duality.
You are soft yet fierce.
You are tender yet strong.
Your desire to stay in control and equally to completely surrender.
For boldly speaking your truth and for all that you still hold inside.
For failing over and over and rising again and again.
For being willing to break in order to grow.
For loving what you don't understand and questioning what you thought you knew.
I honor you body.
Breathing in and out.
Getting a sense for where your breath is now and allow it to fill your body in whatever way it needs.
Welcoming the breath and the beautiful dance between every inhale and every exhale.
Thank you breath.
Thank you body.
Observing with loving kindness what the body needs in this moment.
And give yourself permission to be just as you are.
Breathing in I honor you body.
And breathing out I am alive.
Allowing the last few breaths of this meditation as an opportunity to experience your body completely.
From the very top of your head to the bottom of your feet.
Sensing it with kindness.
Where can you allow a little more breath?
A little more breathing room.
Where can you allow stillness?
Love.
Goodness.
Where can you honor just a little bit more?
Maybe placing a hand on your heart now.
And taking a few breaths to feel the beating of your heart.
The pulsing of life of breath through your body.
Breathing in gratitude.
Breathing out acceptance.
I honor you body.
I honor your softness.
I honor your sternness.
I honor all parts of you.
Committing to coming back to this moment whenever you need throughout your day.
To show yourself kindness,
Forgiveness,
Acceptance,
Love.
Come back to honoring your body.
What it's willing to do.
Who it's willing to be.
And see if you can just be with your body in every moment.
When you're ready you can allow your eyes to gently open.
And invite a little movement back into your body.
Maybe tapping your fingers on your chest.
Signifying I am in this body.
In this room.
In this moment.
In this space between what was and what will be.
I honor you body in this present moment.
Let's take three unifying breaths together before we move on with the rest of our day.
Breathing in.
And out.
In.
And out.
And one more time in.
And out.
