Allowing your body to arrive in the room.
And your thoughts to settle.
Inviting your awareness now to come to your breath.
My ask of you right now is that you simply notice.
Notice without judgment or without trying to change.
Simply notice you breathing.
This is you becoming a witness to your breath.
This is you letting your breath breathe you.
Allowing it to be the way it wants to be.
Be with what is as it is.
Inviting in curiosity.
How do you know you're breathing?
How does your body speak to you when you're breathing?
And maybe a better question.
How do you speak to your body?
What are the feelings,
The sensations that tell you that you're breathing?
Where in your body do you feel it?
Where does it begin?
And where does it end?
Noticing that it's hard to breathe without getting tangled up in it.
Without trying to do something with it.
And every time your mind wanders,
And it will,
Oh well.
Bring your attention back to your next breath.
Breathing again and again and again.
You see that's the beauty of breathing.
It's an invitation to begin again.
Breathing at the very tip of your nose,
Breathing through your nose.
Feel the sensations as the air passes through each nostril evenly.
Letting the breath come in and out.
See if you can catch a glimpse of the details.
Moving into the chest,
The belly.
Feeling it,
Tracking it in your body.
Connecting to the movements and the sensations.
Allow yourself to experience it.
What does your breath touch?
What muscles?
What organs?
What sensations?
Looking for details.
Breathing more fully.
Maybe even looking for details you haven't noticed before.
There are points in breathing that you've never explored.
And these points are like little doorways.
Portals through which you can enter into a new reality,
A new possibility.
They're very subtle and you have to be aware to notice.
What's there when you explore it?
The inner workings of you.
This is you connecting with exactly who you are.
Your perfectly imperfect,
Whole you.
This is where you tap into your higher vision.
What's in there for you?
What clues?
What whispers?
For the next few breaths,
Allow yourself to explore the spaces and places that you may not have before.
Dancing between distraction and focus.
Who are you?
What's possible?
As we take our last few inhales and exhales together,
Know that you can touch this point any time throughout your day.
Through a simple and conscious inhale and exhale.
This is you.
