Short Morning Meditation For Creating Your Preferred Day

Thie is a shorter more condensed version of the morning meditation (7 minutes) for those days when you are a little more pushed for time. It reminds you who you want to be, helps you set your vibrational frequency for the day, and be a blessing for all of creation with your chosen vibration. Best used in conjunction with the evening meditation and the longer morning meditation (if you have time some mornings) for a few weeks, so really embody and become the creator of your experiences.

Waking up to this new day,

Bringing your conscious awareness to your waking body and allowing and welcoming the slowness and relaxed state of sleep to overflow into your waking body,

Enveloping you in a sense of peacefulness and calm.

I invite you to take some breaths into your body with awareness,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your body as you inhale and exhale.

Inhaling the new day,

The new dawn.

Exhaling the night,

The dreams.

Exhaling new life and energy into your body and into your cells.

Exhaling and releasing all that has been.

Inhaling new possibilities that the new day brings and exhaling any to-do lists or preconceived thoughts of the day ahead.

With each inhale,

Notice the expansion and opening of your body,

Opening of your cells and of your whole energy field.

And with each exhale,

Allowing a complete release and relaxation to be the natural state as you let go of all that you do not wish to carry into this new day.

Breathing in and breathing out.

In and out.

Now I want you to bring your attention to something you think is lacking in your life.

Imagine having it.

Imagine being the person who has it,

Who is blessed to have this thing,

Be it love,

Recognition,

Wealth,

Whatever it is you feel that is lacking.

And I want you to start to feel into the feelings that are present as you imagine having it already.

Allow the feeling state to wash over you.

Perhaps you feel full of love,

Perhaps you feel full of bliss,

Perhaps you feel deep peace within or great abundance and generosity.

And invite that feeling to fill your entire body,

Saturating every cell,

Every thought,

Every part of who you are.

And let your mind see the feeling state as a light or a color or an energy field,

Whatever comes most naturally to you and allow it to permeate out into every part of your life,

Touching and blessing everyone and everything you may encounter today.

Allowing it to pour out from your home,

Into your street,

Your neighborhood,

Your town,

Your country.

And as it grows and grows,

It overflows,

Filling the world,

Filling Mother Earth,

Touching and saturating everyone and everything with your blessing,

With your love,

With your light.

And now bring that energy to your day ahead,

Reminding yourself of the feeling and letting it overflow and fill every part of your day,

Every interaction,

Every person,

Every moment.

Filling it with this feeling state of love or bliss or joy or abundance,

Your blessings,

You as a child of God made of love light,

Made of the same love light energy that makes up the entirety of creation.

This is your truth.

This is who you really are.

And now allow yourself to receive this gift of you.

Allow your day to be filled with the gift and blessing that you are.

Allow this feeling state of bliss or peace or love or abundance,

Whatever is most true to fill your day,

To fill every crevice,

Every space,

Everything without exception.

For you are the blessing.

You are the love.

You are the peace.

You are the abundance.

You are the joy.

You are the blessing.

Just remind yourself of this feeling.

Remind your body how it feels.

Teach your body and cells to remember this state and open unto it,

Making it a gut feeling,

Knowing it viscerally,

Physically,

In sensation as well as feeling.

This is your blessing.

Now slowly bringing your attention back to your breath,

Feeling the gentle rise and fall of your belly with each inhale and exhale.

Bringing your attention back to your body,

You may want to wiggle your toes or your fingers,

Stretch to start to bring movement back into your body while maintaining your chosen feeling state.

This is your chosen vibrational frequency that you can remember and come back to at any point today as often as you need.

Because this is your truth.

And when you're ready you can open your eyes and enjoy your beautiful day ahead knowing it is already blessed and you are the blessing.
