Begin by taking a deep breath in,
Exhaling and surrendering your body to the earth.
Begin to bring all of your attention and awareness to your breath,
Pulling the air into your lungs,
Into your heart,
Exhaling,
Surrendering.
As you breathe,
Notice your attachments,
All of the things that are trying to pull you out of this space.
Instead of fighting it,
You can say,
Thank you,
I see you.
Returning your attention to your breath.
Allow your inhales to get longer,
Your exhales get slower.
As you imagine this beautiful cocoon of light begins to swirl around you,
And as you breathe,
All of your attention and vision is on seeing yourself floating in this cocoon of light.
The outside world swirls around you as you find peace,
Quiet,
Only you in this light.
This cocoon of light begins to lift you off the ground,
Way up into the cosmos.
The earth below becomes smaller as the vastness of the universe appears.
You begin to see other planets,
Stars,
Galaxies,
The vastness of the beyond,
Beyond,
Beyond.
This light takes you to another planet,
One you have never even fathomed.
It drops you down on white sand.
A glow of pink,
Purple,
Cosmic light lights up the sky around you.
You have many moons and many suns.
Allow this landscape to appear around you.
The unimaginable,
The unreal.
Plants you've never seen before.
Colors you've never experienced.
And you call in a helping spirit animal to meet you.
Maybe this is an animal you've worked with before.
Maybe it has shape-shifted into something that only exists on this planet.
A hybrid of the animals you know.
This helping spirit is here to take you on a journey to connect with the energy of the star.
The expansive,
The never-ending.
An energy and power of love,
Light,
Hope.
It is the unknown,
The unseen.
It lives inside us,
In every tree,
In every being,
Not only on earth,
But on every planet.
And far beyond,
Into the places that we can't see.
It moves us,
Stirs us,
Gives us passion and desire.
It guides us and leads us.
Your helping spirit begins to lead you down the soft sand path.
And you come across what looks like a vast ocean with no waves,
No movement.
A pool of glass,

As if it were filled with diamonds.
Now look up into the sky,
Placing your hand on your heart.

This source and power greater than anything you've ever known.
Begin to see light,
Traveling through the sky,
From the great beyond,
As it shapes itself into a star right in front of you.
It travels from many planets,
Many galaxies.
It sees millions of years in seconds.
Its present is everything.
And it brings itself to you,
Out of love,
So that you might see and might feel that you are why this energy exists.
And as the light comes in,
Allow yourself to receive and allow yourself to surrender,
To let go of everything you are grasping onto,
Desperately trying to control.
And what would it feel like to trust in this force?
The star asks you,
What would you like me to be in your life?
How would you like to see and experience me?
How can I remind you that I am always there?
Whatever you need me to be,
I will.
But you must let go of everything you think you know,
Of me,
Of the universe.
They often say,
Believe in what you cannot see.
But I am showing myself to you.
All you have to do is seek.
Close your eyes.
Connect to me.
And your star shapeshifts,
Coming down from the sky.
Maybe an animal,
Maybe human form,
Or just a glow of light.
And it takes you in their arms and holds you.
And you feel the greatest feeling of love.
You are asked to return to this place,
To commune and create a relationship with this energy,
Spirit,
The divine,
However you feel or see it,
Or whatever you want to name it.
And your journey will deepen in,
