You can heal the world.
We are one with existence at all times and complete.
Nothing you have to gain,
Nothing there to compete.
Your true self is perfection,
Divine light and just pure.
Start to love your own being and you will find the cure.
You are part of the world,
You are one with it all.
There is no separation.
Start to break down the wall.
Your own healing potential is enormous and real and by nature your state is to love and to heal.
Within you is the answer and it always has been,
Even though may be hidden,
Full of fear and not seen.
It is time to remember the real treasure you hold.
Dare to open the door and let healing unfold.
Go inside and take care of what's keeping you blind,
Reaching up to the soul and the truth you will find.
Heal your own world at first.
Come to peace deep within.
That's how you change the world and let healing begin.
Take a nice deep breath and let these words resonate in your body,
In your system.
And if you haven't closed your eyes yet,
Close your eyes and use this first moment of the meditation to take three deep breaths to transition from the outside to the inside.
Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale either through your nose or through your mouth with each breath relaxing your body just a little bit more.
Taking a moment to become present within yourself.
Focusing on the movements that your breath is creating in your body.
Breathing in and out.
Accepting whatever is moving inside of you in this very moment.
Any emotions,
Any thoughts,
Any body sensations?
And if at any point throughout the meditation you get distracted,
Your mind wanders around.
Let that be totally okay and come back to focusing on your breathing.
While you're sitting on your chair,
The cushion on the floor in an up straight sitting position.
Imagine that with your breath and your awareness and your intention you move energy vertically up and down your core,
Your body while you inhale and exhale.
With your inhale you move the energy from your bottom from the base chakra up through the spine through the core through your body to the top of your head and from the top of your head with your exhale you move the energy you let the energy flow to the bottom again.
Breathing in and up and breathing out and down.
Creating a vertical flow of energy within your body within your energy field.
In and out,
Up and down.
Creating a vertical flow of energy.
Keeping your base relaxed and open.
Your neck straight.
You can imagine like a string on top of your head pulling you upwards into a nice straight vertical sitting position.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your jaw.
Relax the muscles on your face.
Breathing up and down.
Holding space for yourself in this very moment.
Connecting within.
Being with what's moving inside of you.
Without judgment.
Simply holding the space for yourself and allowing yourself to move your energy up and down.
With your next inhale you push the energy from your bottom through your core through your heart through your throat and you rest your awareness and your energy in the middle of your forehead at the center of your third eye.
Simply keep your attention your awareness and focus your energy on that area of your forehead.
And imagine that you expand the space around your third eye and you create expansion.
The front on the sides and also on the back of your third eye.
And even though your neck stays straight and your eyes stay closed internally you turn your inner eye up as if you would look up to the upper part of your forehead to the upper part of your third eye.
Turning your inner eye up.
Connecting to the upper part of the third eye.
And keep breathing keep your muscles on the face relaxed while you internally keep still looking upwards.
Feel the lengthening of the back of your neck.
And let your energy flow naturally upwards rising upwards.
And expand it.
Connecting to the upper part of the third eye will help you create a higher vibration a higher perspective.
And it's the doorway to reach even higher to connect to your higher self and to your soul.
So while your base stays relaxed and you're turning your inner eye up let your awareness and your energy rise.
Beyond your body above your head.
About one foot above your head to the center we also call the higher self or the seat of the soul.
If you like you can imagine a golden bowl of light above your head.
The higher self carries a blueprint of your soul.
The essence of your true being.
The unique frequency of who you are.
Trusting that you have all the answers inside of you.
Allowing yourself to listen again.
Allowing yourself to receive.
So with your next breath you push the energy up again through your upper third eye up to the top of your head what we call the crown.
Opening the crown connecting to the higher self.
And if you like you can even reach higher up.
Connecting to the universe.
To higher consciousness.
And to existence itself.
Simply give yourself the time to experiment,
To play,
To connect with the energy of your being.
And in this moment I call upon your soul to let it touch you deeply.
Call upon your soul to come in.
Right here,
Right now.
And I invite you to trust the process without being attached to it looking a certain way.
And simply be open to receive what you are meant to receive in this very moment.
You matter.
You are important.
You are part of this world.
And you are meant to shine.
So let these words and the energy pour down from above.
From way above as a light summer rain.
Energy pouring down into your higher self.
Into your crown as love and light and the frequency of your being.
It's pouring down into your body.
Into your brain,
Illuminating every cell.
Letting it pour down into your third eye.
Activating,
Awakening your third eye.
Let the energy pour down into your throat.
To your shoulders,
Down into your chest and into your heart.
Let the energy pour down into your solar plexus,
Into your sternum.
To your belly.
Let the energy pour down into your base,
Into your legs,
Into your arms.
Your hands and down to your feet.
And into the ground.
Bringing the frequency of your soul into your body,
Into the ground.
Centering you.
Feeling solid,
Centered,
Grounded.
I imagine that you expand it.
And I invite you to reach out today.
And this love and light that's in you,
With the world.
I invite you to stay present with yourself and connected when interacting.
And to keep breathing consciously throughout the day.
So let the energy come fully down,
Grounding you.
Feel your feet,
Feel how you sit on your cushion or chair or floor.
Be aware of your breath,
Be aware of your hands.
And use the breath.
And maybe a stretch to fully come back into the presence here and now.
Being connected with yourself.
Being present.
