The whole matrix is shifting and the collective happening is influencing you on a deep level. Even though that can be a struggle, it can also be a great opportunity to come back to peace again. There are obviously many different reasons why you might be struggling, however there are only a few main underlying reasons and when you are aware of them and you focus on that particular area, you can do what is needed to get back to center. This episode was recorded live on October 10th, 2022.

Welcome to the Soul Infused Monday Show.

Today's episode called Why You Might Be Struggling Right Now and ways to come back to peace.

Take a nice deep breath and relax your body.

That's a great way to start anything you're doing.

Take a moment to become present,

To stay in the present moment.

I'm going to share a few things because obviously I can only scratch the surface.

I've been speaking about this lately or you know I would even say since the pandemic,

The last year or two.

There's a lot of struggle,

There's a lot of shifting,

There's a lot going on and how you might experience struggle might be very unique to you and very individual.

Now there's certain reasons though why this is and there are ways to shift that.

A struggle is not only a bad thing.

When you hit obstacles,

When you're going through a challenging time,

It's a huge opportunity every time to look deeper.

Now sometimes we get to endure it,

We get to move through it,

It's uncomfortable and you just keep walking and we are not always open to the fact that oh there's an opportunity,

Oh I'm learning something and that's okay too.

However,

Any struggle is also an opportunity to look deeper and to see and to check how can I come back to peace,

What's really going on that isn't allowing me to be in flow.

Obviously there are many reasons why you can be struggling and on the surface level it can look many different ways.

For example,

And you can share yours,

Like tune in,

How does your struggle look like at the moment?

What is an area maybe that you're struggling?

So on the surface it can have many different ways to appear.

It can be anxiety,

Anxiety around different things,

It can be anxiety around money,

Around relationships,

Around parenting,

Around business,

Around health.

So any and all variations to that,

It can result in feeling stress,

It can be that you feel you don't have that much time,

That you have a busyness going on,

That results in a lack of boundaries or it doesn't result,

Doesn't result that cost but a lack of boundaries or maybe not being clear on priorities.

These are different different ways.

It can be that uncertainty is there and you don't know which way to go.

There's so many different layers of how you can experience a current struggle.

And on the surface it often looks like that's the issue.

For example,

You are anxious around money and you think you are,

Well I don't have money that's why that is my issue and once I fix that then the issue is resolved.

Or it can be any other way,

It can be any other issue.

However underneath the surface it's what's going on that often is not addressed or you might not be aware of it.

And we spend sometimes too much time to be on the surface level.

So underneath the surface and even though there are many many different reasons why you could maybe struggle right now,

I'm going to pinpoint one of the core reasons,

One of the main core reasons.

Often we think we have that covered but we have not and something is coming up right now.

In this moment right now and I talked about this in recent episodes that energetically in the collectiveness,

In the matrix,

The energies are moving very strongly and systems that are not working anymore are crumbling but the new is not yet there.

In a sense it's a good thing also because something new is arising but when we are in it it feels uncomfortable and that's okay.

Be okay with being uncomfortable.

The underlying issues of the things that look a certain way on the surface can be also several ones.

It can be trapped,

Blocked or frozen emotions in your system.

It can be trauma or wounds from the past that are getting retriggered that are keeping you from living fully in the present moment.

It can be false limiting wrong beliefs that are so ingrained in your system that are resurfacing right now very strongly and many other ways or other things that can trigger this right now.

Now one of the main underlying issues I keep seeing over and over again whether you've worked on this before or not because it's not about having one goal and you're arriving.

It's really the destination and the process on how you do the inner work.

It's a process and there are different layers.

So sometimes the things just come up again and that's okay.

Underneath a certain struggle most often I won't say every time because we don't really know that.

There is no such thing like always but one of the main reasons that is underneath the surface is an issue of self-worth.

Now take a deep breath because you might think oh that's nothing new.

No,

However,

Often we don't look there anymore because we are busy with the outer layers of the problem.

Tune in for a moment and anything that you're struggling with or a layer of it or a symptom of it often comes from a deep ingrained lack of self-worth that is a result of our upbringing and often it is so deep ingrained that at some point it's even hidden.

With that and even underneath that layer.

So that is a core reason.

Nearly any problem you encounter,

I say nearly every so maybe it doesn't apply to you,

But nearly every problem you encounter can be tracked back to a lack of self-worth.

And underneath that if I dig even deeper and I go even underneath that the biggest pain we carry as a spiritual being,

Being in a human experience,

Is being disconnected.

Being disconnected is the biggest pain we experience when we are incarnated as a soul and we are not feeling connected.

That is often not as tangible and it takes work to get reconnected again.

And I will give you some tips on how you can reconnect again.

But first is to understand that one of the core issues or reasons that you might be struggling is because you are not or you don't feel connected.

And when I say connected I don't only mean connected with your heart or connected with other people or connected with nature,

Connected deep within your own core,

Your own core,

The essence of your being,

Your soul being deep in your core channel and up in your soul and your higher self.

When you are not connected over a longer period of time,

You fall into what we call Maya and the illusion of self.

You forget who you are and you fall into like it's like a deep sleep.

It's like the illusion of what you think you should be and it's like it's like having your head underwater.

Because the truth is you are a vast being of consciousness,

Of love,

Of energy.

And you are bringing that energy in your life and you are here to experience that and you are making an experience.

And when we don't nurture and feed that on a daily basis,

It gradually happens and at some point you don't notice it.

And you just forget that that might be it.

Let that sink in.

Take a deep breath and check in with yourself.

When was the last time I felt truly rested within myself,

Connected in my core,

Connected with the essence of my being and connected with my soul?

When was the last time?

And if you don't experience that on a regular basis,

You will struggle.

There is suffering.

And even that is okay because it's also food for the soul.

However,

If you want to come back to peace and peace for me,

Peace for me means you are resting within yourself.

You have your energy back in your body,

Centered and grounded within yourself.

You're secure within yourself.

You trust yourself and you're connected to your higher self.

You're connected to your soul.

You're connected to existence itself.

And when you are not,

It can feel very painful and it can show up in different ways,

Like some of the examples that I said in the beginning.

And here are a few things that you can do to reconnect.

But before I tell you how you can reconnect again,

I invite you to tune in.

Tune in for a moment and check with yourself.

What are the things that you usually do or you used to do or currently do that help you to reconnect?

And that help you to feel worthy,

Because here's the link of the two.

When you are not connected to who you really are,

If you're not connected to the beautiful essence of your soul,

You might not feel worthy.

Because when you do know who you are,

When you're connected beyond your physical body,

Beyond your doing,

If you don't attach your worthiness on your performance or your appearance,

And you deeply know and honor and appreciate who you are as a soul being,

There is no lack of self-worth.

And to add also,

There's also not a perfection or 100% here.

Experiencing a lack of self-worth is part of the journey,

Because that keeps the soul growing,

The experience growing.

So don't judge it.

Don't deny it.

Don't fight it.

It's okay to have those moments where you don't feel worthy.

If you look deeper and think,

Okay,

What's actually really going on?

What's deep underneath?

Am I maybe not connected?

Am I maybe outside of myself?

Is my energy away?

Am I giving my power away?

Am I not clear on my priorities?

Am I not centered within?

So many other reasons that it could be.

So what are ways for you that you can reconnect?

I give you a few.

First of all,

Do the inner work,

Because that's the foundation.

That's the foundation to create this feeling of centeredness.

And of course,

The type of inner work that I do and I recommend and talk about is the energy-based work,

Where you not only mentally work on yourself,

Where you really shift your energy and you do the deeper work to clear and heal trauma and beliefs and frozen and trapped emotions in your body so that they can really,

When they can be cleared so that energy can flow again.

So and you reconnect.

You don't heal through thinking.

It helps when you shift your mind and I talk about this a lot and use certain tools,

But do the inner work.

And one of the best ways that I know on a regular basis is to do energy-based meditation that reconnects you in and up.

Now,

Sometimes we fall off the wagon,

That's okay.

But if you don't have a regular daily practice to connect,

You will be affected by the outside world and you will fall asleep again in some way or another.

Of course,

You're not fully falling asleep again.

But it happens to everyone.

It happens even to me.

If there's a lot of struggle over a long time,

And especially when we're physically drained or sick,

That really is challenging sometimes.

So do something every day to come back to peace.

And coming back to peace means you come back resting within yourself,

Because then your relationships will be better.

Your approach will be better,

Your mindset will be better.

Everything is better when you're resting within yourself and you're connected up.

Another tip to coming back to peace is spend a good amount of time in nature.

A good amount of time to stay in nature,

At least an hour.

And if you don't have that hour every day a little bit,

But check that you once a week at least,

You go and you soak up the energy of nature.

It's so healing.

It's so invigorating and it helps you to reconnect to yourself.

And be present.

Don't listen to music and distract yourself with other things.

Be present with nature because you are nature.

And when you connect to a beautiful tree,

Or maybe you even want to hug a tree,

Or you smell the flowers,

Or you smell the trees,

You look at the sky,

You touch a stone or a rock,

Whatever it is,

Connect with nature deeply.

And another way to connect is movement.

Because often when we are not connected,

We are also stuck and we're not moving a lot.

So physical movement is also a great way to start the reconnection again.

So I hope this is helpful.

And my biggest invitation is to really dig deep and see,

Is that a self-worth issue?

Is it a connection issue?

And how can I do every day on a daily basis?

To get myself above water so that whatever anxiety,

Whatever struggle,

Whatever mental challenge that is going on,

That you can find a way to go above it so that you have a higher perspective.

And then you still get to deal with it.

I'm not saying your problems will disappear in that sense.

However,

When you have a different mindset,

When you are above the drama and the loudness of the lower chakras and the personality and all the internal parts that might keep telling you that you're not good enough,

You will be able to deal with it in a different in a different way.

So take another nice deep breath,

Let everything sink in.

Take a deep breath and let it sink in.

And even if there's resistance or something gets triggered,

Any reaction,

Any resonance is a good resonance because any trigger is valuable,

Whether it's a positive trigger,

Or whether it's a so called negative trigger,

Just to label it comfortable,

Uncomfortable,

Any trigger is a great opportunity to look deeper.
