Transcript

Start the meditation by allowing yourself to find a comfortable sitting position,

A position where you feel vertical and aligned and straight and relaxed at the same time.

This type of meditation requires to be sitting versus laying down to have the best results.

This type of meditation is an energy-based meditation where the purpose is to guide energy to certain places to create a certain state.

And energy and consciousness are nearly synonymous.

So as you are sitting on a chair or on a cushion on the floor,

Make sure that your hips are not collapsed,

That you either lean on the back of your chair or you sit in the very front of your chair so that you have your feet solid in the ground,

To have a solid sitting position to create already the foundation,

The best environment,

The best structure,

The best foundation for your energy.

You provide the best environment for your energy to be able to flow.

And be aware that your mind will be busy,

Your mind will wander around,

And that's okay.

When you notice,

You take a breath and you come back to center,

You come back to focusing on your breathing,

You come back to listening to my voice.

Also be aware that when your mind is wandering,

When you get distracted,

Your energy is still following my lead.

The mind is a very powerful tool and can be very destructive and even destructive.

And at the same time,

Your energy is bigger than your mind.

And as you're sitting here listening to my words,

Being aware of your own inner movements and thoughts and emotions and physical sensations,

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Breathing in and out.

Breathing in,

Feeling your chest expanding,

Breathing out,

Feeling your lungs,

Hearing your own breath.

And you can already start to use your breath to guide and inspire.

Up and down your body.

Up and down your spine.

With your inhale,

You imagine energy moving from the bottom up to the top of your head.

And from the top of your head,

With your exhale,

You bring the energy down.

You're starting to set or to make the invitation for your system to start moving into a vertical direction.

And down.

If you want to and if it feels right for you,

You can use a hand to support the movement of energy.

Bringing your hand up as if you will scoop the energy up to the top of your head.

And you relax your hand and you gently follow with your hand the flow of energy down to the very bottom.

The flow of energy down to the very bottom,

To your base.

Breathing in and up.

Breathing down and out.

Breathing down and out.

This simple exercise already helps to bring calmness to your nervous system,

To quietening down,

To relax your nervous system.

One breath at a time,

Bring the energy up and bring the energy down with your breath,

With your awareness.

No matter what else is,

No matter what else is moving or thinking or feeling,

Keep breathing in and up.

And up and down.

Relax your feet,

Relax your hands.

Relax your feet,

Relax your shoulders.

Gently and slowly come back to center.

Keep visualizing and setting the intention and invitation for your energy to keep moving up and down your spine,

Your core channel,

From the very bottom to the very top.

And if you haven't done so yet,

With your eyes closed and your neck straight,

You turn you turn your inner eye up.

You relax your base and you unhook your lower third eye and you start turning upwards.

You relax the muscles on your face.

It's not a forcing,

It's an invitation,

It's a movement,

A shift,

As if you're changing the muscle from looking down to looking up.

And energetically unhooking your lower third eye,

Relaxing your third eye and then turning it upwards.

Gently but firm.

Keep your base relaxed,

You still keep moving the energy vertically up and down with the emphasis of turning your inner eye up.

Unhooking.

Unhooking.

Start opening your third eye to the truth of what is.

And not the truth of the lower chakras,

Not the truth of your patterns and beliefs and conditionings.

For a moment allow yourself to connect to the higher truth of your higher third eye,

Of your crown and of your higher self beyond your physical body.

Connect.

Up.

Turn.

Up.

Rise.

Up.

Gently but firm.

And if this feels right to you,

Connect to your soul,

To your guide,

To your friends on the path,

On the soul plane.

Connect with your friends,

Your friends,

Your soul friends,

Your spirit guides.

And maybe it's just a fantasy and let that also be okay.

Let yourself reach up to the world of souls,

To the world of energy,

To the world of higher dimensions,

Higher consciousness,

Higher truth.

Connecting to the whole,

To the vastness.

Connecting to the vast ocean of infinite,

Infinite space,

Infinite feelings of existence,

Love,

And consciousness.

Your soul is from a different dimension.

Your soul is from a different place,

Is from a different sphere.

The struggles that you face are the struggles of humanity.

The struggles of planet earth.

You are a part of the current transition,

The current friction.

But your true soul being is beyond all of that.

Remember who you are.

Remember who you are.

Remember who you are.

Remember who you are.

Remember who you are.

The world is in need.

Remember who you are.

Remember who you are.

Hmm.

Let this beautiful energy and spaciousness from way above slowly make its way down,

Touching your higher self,

Collecting its energy,

To the extent that the human body can take,

And let it pour down from your higher self into your crown,

From your crown into your third eye,

From your third eye into your throat,

From your throat into your heart,

From your heart into your solar plexus,

From your solar plexus into your belly,

From your belly into the base.

From your belly into the base.

From your base into the earth.

Like roots deep in the ground.

Roots in the ground and above your crown,

Branches connected to the higher realm,

To your higher world,

To where you are coming from.

Roots on the top.

Roots at the bottom.

And a solid,

Centered pillar of light in between the two.

And let the energy keep pouring down,

Preparing to transition from the world of energy into the world of physical matter and your physical body.

Let the energy ground deep into the base,

Deep into the core,

Solid.

Be aware of your feet.

Be aware of your hands and fingers.

Maybe you want to move them a little bit to connect to the physical body,

To connect to this room,

To connect to your cushion or chair.

Use your breath to connect to your physical body.

Use your breath to consciously and with intention bringing your presence and your awareness here into this room,

Into this place.

Expanding the energy,

Filling it up.

Your body filled with the energy and the essence of who you are.

And I invite you for the rest or throughout the day to take a moment to pause,

To remember who you are,

Even if it is only a glimpse,

Even if it is only a memory.

Pause,

Breathe,

Remember who you are.

You are a beautiful,

Powerful,

Wise,

Loving,

And kind soul being on this planet to help this world to transition into its next level of evolution.

And so it be.
