As we are moving into the last stretch of the year,
I'll be recording a few tips and tools over the next few weeks to help you stay centered and uplifted or to simply be more mindful about your own energy.

Choose one word.
One word that represents how you want to feel for the rest of the year.
One word that becomes your anchor when you feel stressed or off balance.
One word that reminds you to come back to yourself no matter what's happening around you.
Take a deep breath.
Take a moment to tune in and let your word come to you.
It can be anything.
It might be alive,
Relaxed,
Loved,
Full of energy,
Courageous,
Grounded,
Supported,
Spacious,
Joyful,
Clear or something completely different.
There's no right or wrong.
It's whatever you want to create.
It's whatever is coming for you.
Say the word,
Feel it in your body and use it as a mini anchor anytime you need to remember to come back to center,
To come back to what really matters and to come back to yourself.
