Transcript

Start your meditation by taking a nice deep breath.

Breathe in and out.

Close your eyes and consciously transition from the outside to the inside.

Use your breath to relax your body,

To settle in,

To connect with yourself.

Especially in times like this where there is a lot of turmoil,

Anxiety and uncertainty in the world.

It is important that you take the time to connect and to come back to the present moment.

To use your breath consciously to create space,

To disentangle from all the energies and movements and fear that is globally held at this very moment.

Take another deep breath.

Imagine you giving yourself space to expand,

To relax,

To come back to center.

It is okay to be afraid.

It is okay to be anxious.

It is okay to feel the way you feel.

Take a deep breath and give yourself permission to be in total love and acceptance with whatever you are feeling or experiencing in this very moment.

Give it space.

Embrace it.

And with your breath and your intention,

You allow it to release,

To relax.

And you can use this as an opening to heal and to grow.

You are not alone.

We are in this together.

Tune into your body for a moment and see where you might be holding tension or anxiety.

And guide your breath to that area of your body.

And as much as you can,

Use the breath to relax that particular area of your body.

Maybe it's the neck.

Maybe it's your back.

Maybe it's your head,

Your jaw,

Or your base.

Maybe it's in your heart and you feel tense.

Whatever it is for you,

Simply allow your breath and your awareness to be in that area and to use this moment to relax.

Relax the muscles on your face.

And while you're sitting,

Listening to my voice,

Following the energy movement that is created in your body right here,

Right now.

Imagine energy moving up and down your body,

Your spine,

Your core channel.

With your inhale,

You bring the energy from the bottom,

From the base chakra up through the core,

Through the body up to the top of your head.

And with your exhale,

You bring the energy from the top of your head,

From your crown chakra down all the way to the bottom again,

To the base.

Breathing in and up,

Breathing out and down,

Creating a vertical alignment.

A vertical flow of energy deep inside your core.

So you can rest deep inside your core.

And if at any moment throughout this meditation,

You get distracted by thoughts or feelings,

Simply come back to your breath again and let that be okay.

With your next inhale,

You bring the energy all the way up,

All the way up to the top of your head,

To the area of your crown,

Crown chakra.

You can imagine it as a beautiful big lotus flower on top of your head.

Imagine this beautiful flower opening up,

Opening up every petal up to the sky,

To the sun,

To the universe.

Allowing yourself to connect to a higher frequency of your being,

A higher aspect,

A higher vibration,

Expanding that area above your head.

Even though you keep your eyes closed and your neck straight,

With your eyes closed,

You turn your inner eye up.

As if you would focus on the upper part of your forehead with your eyes.

Relaxing the muscles on your face and relaxing the base at the same time.

Awakening your third eye,

Expanding your third eye.

And letting that energy rise up to the crown and even further beyond your physical body,

Above your head,

About one foot above your head,

Connecting to your higher self,

To a higher perspective on life.

Connecting to a higher picture,

To a higher vision,

To what is happening in the world.

Trust and surrender.

The Divine will take care.

Trust and surrender.

That even this is happening for you.

An opening and an opportunity for awakening and transformation.

Let that higher frequency,

Higher calm,

That higher frequency,

That higher consciousness,

That higher perspective pour down from way above into your higher self,

Into your crown,

Into your third eye,

Into your head.

Letting this energy fill up every cell of your brain.

Let this energy pour down into your throat,

Into your neck,

Filling it up with light.

Letting the energy pour down into your shoulders,

Into your chest,

Into your heart.

Letting that energy run down to the back of your body,

All the way down to your solar plexus,

To your sternum,

To your belly,

Your arms and your hands.

Awakening your body,

Bringing light and healing into your body in this very moment in time.

Let the energy pour down into your base,

Into your hips,

Into your legs,

Into your feet and into the ground,

Into the earth.

Let this higher vibration fill up every cell of your body and the core deep within.

Imagine roots growing even deeper into the earth like a tree,

Creating solidity,

Stability,

Trust.

Grounding yourself deeply,

Relaxing the base deeply,

Trusting in this very moment.

You are safe in this present moment right here,

Right now.

And as you take another nice deep breath,

Part of your awareness stays above your head,

Connected with your higher self and then you can always reach up to reconnect throughout the day.

And at the same time you're fully in your body,

You're fully grounded,

Your base is solid.

And whenever you're ready and in your own way and in your own time,

You fully come back.

You allow yourself to perceive your surroundings,

Your body,

You connect to your breath.

And I invite you for the rest of your day to stop,

Pause and listen in and out.

Whenever you feel fear,

Anxiety or any other overwhelming feeling,

Simply come back to the present moment.

Use your breath to deeply connect in and allow yourself to trust and surrender.

The Divine will take care.

You are loved and I see you.
