This is a journey to go inwards, to connect with the breath and experience the body. Meet the waves of sound, observing how they travel along your body. We remain equanimous observing thoughts and emotions that may arise but without creating identification; allowing the body and mind to restore.

Welcome to some meditation.

Take a moment to find a comfortable seat.

Then gently place your hands on your laps with the palms facing up or down.

Your choice.

Very gently close your eyes and start to bring the attention inwards.

We're going to focus the mind in the in and outflow of your breath.

We start to make the inhale slightly deeper than normal and your exhale slightly longer.

Start to experience how the air comes in through your nostrils.

It travels all the way down to your chest,

To your belly,

To your hips.

And when exhaling,

We release the air from the belly and we release it out from the nostrils.

Exhale by making this breath deeper inhale and longer exhale.

With every exhalation,

We allow the body to become more relaxed,

More comfortable,

More at ease.

Finding peace by centering the mind,

By bringing the body into a quiet space.

If your mind wanders off,

Take it back to your breath.

The breath is the anchor.

Release the door to awareness.

We are aware of the body.

We are aware of the thoughts and the emotions.

The difference is that we don't identify with them.

When a thought or an emotion arise,

We recognize it and we allow it to fade away as we exhale.

As the cycles of nature,

Everything arise and goes away.

So allow thoughts and emotions to fade away.

Keep observing the body and anchor yourself in the in and exhale.

In a few more moments,

We're going to transition to the sound bath.

If you need to change your position,

Please do so.

Decide where you want to place your hands.

If you want them to be on your belly,

On your chest,

Or resting on your laps.

Observe,

Experience,

And anchor your breath while receiving the waves of the sound.

Observe how is the sound resonating in your body.

Move your awareness gently from head to bottom and bottom to head.

Observe sensations,

Emotions,

Or any thought that may arise.

And as before,

Keep moving your awareness without getting identified with any of them.

Use your breath to travel along your body.

And keep using every exhalation to be more at ease,

More relaxed,

More in your center.

Very gently,

Start to place the awareness in the space around you.

And to make your breath a little bit deeper and longer.

Keep your eyes closed and take your time to ask yourself,

How is your body?

How is your mind?

How is your breath?

I hope this meditation brought you a moment of inner connection.

You can always come back to this place,

Anchoring your breath and going within.

Stay connected with love,

Compassion,

And gratitude.

Till next time,

Namaste.
