So let's start this meditation by focusing on the three diamonds.
So first of all,
Find a comfortable position,
Sitting is the best one,
Put your feet on the floor,
Check your spine if it is erect,
Elongate,
Check your head,
Your shoulders is relaxed,
And your hands is resting in your lap,
Facing up,
Just pay attention to your breathing,
Scanning for any tension in your body,
And make any adjustments that you need.
Now you move your attention for your breathing,
By placing one hand in your belly,
The dantian,
The lower belly,
Two inches below your navel,
And just check if you are breathing deep,
And you can feel your belly raising,
Just breathing deep to the heart and exhale,
If any thought come to your mind,
Simply don't give attention,
If you feel that your attention went together with the thought,
Just bring it back to the practice,
Don't punish yourself,
Don't fight,
Just let go,
No attachment,
And keep breathing in to your heart and expand when you breathe out,
When you bring the oxygen to your body,
You bring new beginnings,
And when you breathe out,
You let go anything that you don't want anymore,
When you feel that your breath is calm,
And focused in the heart,
Your mind is following your breath to the heart,
And when you breathe out,
Expand your body,
It seems that you are breathing out for every pore of your body,
And when you breathe in,
Every cell of your body is receiving the new beginning,
Now place your two hands,
One on top of another one,
In your heart,
And make connection with your both hands,
And the single point inside your belly,
Our first diamond,
Is up to you,
But I like to use the red one,
Like a fire,
Because every time that I breathe in,
I bring oxygen,
And the fire can be more strong,
More luminous,
Have more luminosity,
Everything that needs to be born,
Just keep breathing deep into the body,
First diamond,
Nourish our link to the earth,
Our roots,
Feeling our feet,
And the ground beneath those feet,
Now we are going to move our attention to the third diamond,
The heaven diamond,
In our head,
Locate in the middle of our head,
If you push your tongue in the roof of your mouth,
That is the point internal,
In the middle of your head,
You can draw a triangle from that point to your third eye,
In the front,
In the back of your skull,
And the top of your head,
So you need like a type of triangle,
Then link us to the heaven,
Now,
Remind us our interconnection with everybody,
And our intimacy with the universe,
And our antennae,
Represent by the pineal gland,
Where we can tune in,
As we keep breathing deep to the heart,
To the first diamond,
With our attention to send the breath to the third diamond,
In our head,
Nourishing,
Sending energy,
To make our antennae,
More strong,
So we can tune in,
Any intuition,
Any insight,
We are aware of the blessings,
The shower blessings that radiate is all the time,
Fullness,
With the link between the first diamond,
And the third diamond,
Firm in the ground,
With the head in the skies,
We move it to the second diamond,
In our heart,
And we can move our hands,
To our chest,
To feel the balance that we create,
Nurturing our first and third diamond,
Keep breathing,
To your belly,
To the bottom,
Feeling,
The interconnection,
With all your body,
As one,
Your liver,
Your heart,
Your eyes,
Your stomach,
Your blood vessels,
Your lungs,
Your lungs,
Your chest,
Back,
Your brain,
Your legs and feet,
Breathing out,
And to finalize this practice,
You return your hands again,
To your lap,
Now facing down,
And just enjoy,
Drop everything,
Drop the mind,
Drop the body,
And just enjoy the space that you create,
And you can stay in this space as much as you want,
