This mindfulness practice is for anywhere,
Anytime and with anyone.
Ground yourself into the 5D crystalline grid of the earth.
Anchor into your breathing the deep inhale through the nose,
Complete exhale through the mouth.
Recognise and accept the ruminating thoughts that are looping around in your mind and with gentleness bring all the awareness to your breathing.
Breathing into the heart,
The abdomen and releasing completely the air from the abdomen and then the heart.
And every time you notice yourself being drawn into the resonance of the looping thoughts,
Bring yourself with kindness back to the breath,
To the quiet of the breath.
Choosing now the reactivity you have to the looping mind,
Becoming calm,
Creating the sacred space and settling into that space to be in your highest power,
The present woman.
And from this space choosing what is for your higher and best good to respond or to not respond.
