This gratitude meditation is the perfect way to seal your day.
Come to lay down on your spine or sitting comfortably and feeling the body soften,
Shoulders and neck soft.
Feel the face relax and soften,
Resting the top of the tongue to the roof of the mouth as you slightly separate the lips.
Feel the eyes gently turn upwards at the ends with an inner smile and feel spaciousness through the back of your neck and allow the body,
The torso,
The arms and legs to soften and come into your breath and just notice the shape as you inhale,
Filling the rib cage,
The abdomen with air and the exhale as you contract allowing the air to release completely and just continue to soothe the body,
Relax the mind and bring yourself into the awareness of gratitude.
And now call to mind three or four things today that shifted or elevated you to the energy of love,
Kindness or gratitude and as you bring to mind each of these things allow yourself to relive the vibrancy of the frequency that flowed through you.
It may have been a soft touch,
A beautiful vision,
And sacred words that touched your soul,
A sense of oneness that took you beyond the body into the heart mind.
Allowing this time to bring these moments into your awareness and practice in gratitude for having had those moments today.
And allow your heart now to fill with joy,
Peace and allow your mind to soften and surrender into the essence of your love and sealing your day knowing that you are love.
Being gratitude and cultivating a practice of gratitude from this day forwards.
