My name is Neha Shah and I am the Director of ISRA,

Today I welcome you to this beautiful meditation to bring strength and stability in times of change.
To begin the meditation,
Seat yourself in any comfortable space where you can remain undisturbed for a couple of minutes.
This is your moment of taking a pause and connecting back with yourself.
Gently close your eyes and bring your attention to your breath.
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
With every gentle inhale and exhale,
Allow your body to relax.
Allow your mind to quieten down.
With every breath,
Feel your body relax and unwind.
Easing out all tension,
Pressure,
Any discomfort.
Continue to breathe deeply,
Gently inhaling and exhaling.
Become aware of your body as you sit.
Bring your attention to the surface beneath you and the support that it provides.
Feel your body connected to the surface,
Stable and grounded.
As you sit there,
Visualize a tall mountain.
A mountain whose peaks pierce into the sky,
Where the air is clear and the view is endless.
Feel the mountain,
Its strength and its stability,
Its stillness.
Get a sense of this majestic mountain,
Strong and grounded.
Bring your attention to your feet,
To your legs and your hips resting on the base.
Solid and rooted beneath you.
Now be the mountain,
Alive and aware and yet grounded and still.
You are the mountain.
You are the mountain that is aware of all the changes that are happening in every moment and yet you remain solid and grounded.
As the seasons change and the air moves from hot to cold,
At times windy or wet,
Still none of this disturbs the mountain.
As it moves through all the changes rooted in its core.
You are that mountain,
Withstanding all the changes with ease,
With strength.
You can be the mountain,
Embodying the same centeredness,
Stillness and groundedness in the face of all the changes in your life.
Focus on your breath as you breathe in and you breathe out.
Breathe in courage.
Breathe in trust.
Breathe in patience.
Breathe in discipline.
And breathe out anything that might be holding you back.
See yourself strong,
Radiating positive energy as you flow through time.
Soak in this feeling.
And you can repeat these affirmations after me in your mind,
Feeling every single word reach the depths of your heart.
I trust the process of life.
I release all fears,
All doubts and insecurities.
All experiences are wonderful learning opportunities.
I flow with change and I release all resistance.
All my changes are positive.
I adapt to these changes easily and effortlessly.
Every experience helps me grow.
I am supported.
Everything is unfolding in the perfect time,
Space and sequence.
I am safe.
And all is well in my world.
And so it is.
Continue sitting still for a couple of moments.
Soaking in the feeling,
Knowing that all is well.
And whenever you are ready,
You can get back to your activities.
Remembering that you can come back to this meditation anytime,
Then you need to remind yourself of your strength,
Of your stability,
Your ability to withstand all changes in life.
