Hi,

My name is Sneha and I'm going to lead a meditation about receiving everything you want out of life.

Gently close your eyes and take a few nice deep breaths.

Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Allowing your body to relax.

Feel a wave of relaxation flowing from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.

Breathing in relaxation to any part of your body that needs it right now.

Focus on the gentle inhale and the gentle exhale of your breath.

Now imagine that you are standing at the edge of a large jungle.

And in the center of that jungle is everything you want out of life.

The physical things like clothes,

A home,

A healthy body,

As well as non-physical things like love and joy.

But you have to first make the journey through the jungle to get to the things that you want.

So take a deep breath and begin your journey through the jungle.

What is it like as you make your way through the jungle?

What is the temperature?

Is it hot,

Cold,

Or maybe pleasant?

Just notice.

What are the smells?

What are the colors and the sights that you see?

And how are you feeling?

Continue making your way through the jungle in any way you can.

Are you alone or is there someone with you?

Do you see or hear any animals?

Just notice how you feel as you take this journey.

Continue making your way through the jungle,

Knowing that you are getting closer and closer to the center where everything you want out of life is waiting for you.

The material or physical things as well as the non-material things.

You're getting closer and closer to the center.

Notice how you're feeling.

And finally you are there.

You are there at the center.

Look around and see everything there for you.

You see the physical things like a house and a car.

There may be symbols for the immaterial things like a heart symbolizing love or a flower for joy.

This is so exciting.

Slowly walk around the center of the jungle appreciating everything that is there for you.

The universe wants you to receive all that you want.

Notice how you feel.

Now you have to begin your journey back to the edge of the jungle.

And before you leave the center of the jungle,

Decide what you want to take with you right now.

Take a few moments to gather all that you want.

What are you ready to take back with you?

And then begin your journey back to the edge of the jungle.

The journey back seems to take much less time than the journey in.

And rather quickly,

You're there back at the edge of the jungle.

How was the journey?

And how do you feel right now?

The journey through the jungle represents our journey through life as experienced by the unconscious mind.

And in some way,

It reflects your life and how you have lived it up until now.

What was waiting for you in the center reflects what you feel you deserve.

And what you bring back with you is what you are ready for right now in your life.

If you couldn't bring some things out with you,

Perhaps it's not the right time.

Or perhaps you feel you don't deserve it at the moment.

Just take a moment to think about this.

And whenever you feel ready,

Bring your attention back to the room and this time and space.

It would be wonderful for you to take some time and write your experience in a journal.

You're breathing in and out.

And so it is.
