Namaste,

Let's sit together and do a short meditation.

Loosen your body and as you loosen your body also lose your mind.

Losing the mind means just being here and in this moment.

This moment is not in time.

This moment is for eternity and as eternity.

You are this vast space of awareness through which everything is coming and going.

You are just watching without getting involved into anything.

Watching the ads showing up by the mind to pull something in but you are watching with a big smile because in your heart you know that you are this pure awareness.

Just be here and relax in your being.
