Let's do a small meditation on jealousy. Today I was thinking of why do we feel jealous. Actually, It is very, Very simple. When we don't know who we are, These emotions are inevitable. And we don't need to do anything to get rid of jealousy. Just watch it and be in your true self. Stay empty and you don't need to do anything to transform jealousy or to change it. Just be aware in your own position. When you know who you are and you're just abiding as your true self, Then emotions like jealousy and comparison, They get transmuted into compassion, Oneness and healing. Just be here. Thank you.
