Peace and blessings,
Beloved,
And welcome.
I'm Rev Skip,
And today our meditation is all about healing and balancing the throat chakra.
So let's begin.
Find a place where you can get comfortable,
Be still,
And be present.
This meditation can be done seated,
Standing,
Or even lying on your back,
But make sure that you can stay awake and alert.
Go ahead and close your eyes.
Let's take time to clear the energy by doing three deep breaths.
Let's take a nice deep breath in through the nostrils for four counts.
Inhale for 1,
2,
3,
4.
Now exhale slowly for 4,
3,
2,
1.
Then back to your breath,
Back to your own rhythm,
Re-center,
And let's begin again.
Take a deep breath in through the nostrils for 1,
2,
3,
4.
Hold your breath,
And slowly exhale for 4,
3,
2,
1.
Let's do that one more time.
Take a nice deep breath in for 1,
2,
3,
4.
And exhale slowly for 4,
3,
2,
1.
And return back to your breath.
And I invite you to center in,
Relax,
And bring your mind's eye to the throat region.
This chakra,
Which means wheel of energy,
Represents our ability to communicate clear and authentically.
This wheel of energy is represented by the color blue.
So I want you to imagine a wheel that's circling clockwise,
And the color blue is getting more vibrant as it rotates.
See this wheel in the middle of your throat.
It's glowing.
It's becoming more vibrant in the color blue.
As we continue to visualize the throat chakra,
I want you to imagine this light that is glowing.
It is radiating in a color blue.
Again,
It symbolizes your communication,
Your expression,
Your truth.
And as we deepen the visualization,
We inhale,
And we exhale.
And every time we inhale,
We envision the blue light getting grander,
Bigger,
Brighter.
And every time that we exhale,
We imagine this area radiating more light blue.
We are illuminating our clarity,
Our communication.
We're illuminating our authenticity,
And we begin to free ourselves to give full self-expression.
And I want you to imagine a conversation.
This conversation is with your divine self.
And I want you to free yourself to speak your truth.
What is it that you truly want in your life?
Again,
Continue to breathe in and breathe out.
I want you to imagine your higher self sitting right in front of you.
See yourself having a free sense of communication.
Freely express who and what you are.
Speak your truth.
Who are you?
What do you want to achieve in your life?
What type of relationships do you want?
Free yourself to have a clear communication with your higher self.
Take a nice deep breath in,
And a big exhale.
Let's do a round of affirmations.
Repeat after me aloud or to yourself.
I speak my truth with clarity and confidence.
I speak my truth with clarity and confidence.
I speak my truth with clarity and confidence.
Take a deep breath in,
Big exhale.
Repeat after me.
I listen and communicate with compassion and understanding.
I listen and communicate with compassion and understanding.
I listen and communicate with compassion and understanding.
Again,
Take another deep breath in,
Big exhale.
Repeat after me.
I express myself freely and creatively.
I express myself freely and creatively.
I express myself freely and creatively.
Continue to follow your breath.
Speak a word of gratitude.
I am grateful for the ability to speak my truth.
I am grateful for the ability to speak my truth.
I am grateful for the ability to speak my truth.
Observe and feel the energy of the words that you have spoken.
Feel the vibration radiating through your body.
You are safe to speak your truth to the universe,
To yourself,
And to others.
Take another breath,
Exhale,
Release.
Take another breath,
Inhale,
And release.
And slowly begin to open up your eyes.
Bring your awareness back into the room that you're in.
Maybe wiggle your fingers or wiggle your toes.
Move your head side to side and allow yourself just to be in a space of authenticity.
You are clear and balanced in your throat chakra.
Thank you so much for joining me on this meditation today.
Until next time,
I'm Rev Skip.
And remember,
Transformation is a choice,
And you can choose today.
Be well and be blessed,
And namaste.
