Welcome to the third and final part of Tuning Your Body for Vocal Activation meditation series.
Open your channel to divine inspiration,
The practice of getting quiet and listening.
This meditation is an opportunity to slow down and create space for inspiration to flow through you.
Let's begin with three cleansing breaths.
Deep breath in through the nose,
Open mouth side out.
Again,
Deep breath in,
Audible exhale out.
Exhale fully,
Open mouth release.
Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness to the sound of your breath.
Then bring your awareness to the sound of my voice,
The sound of the harmonium.
Begin to listen for any sounds in your room or near your environment.
Expand your awareness to sounds outside.
See how far away from you,
You can hear.
Attuning your ears and opening up the channel for listening.
With each breath continue to open your senses and open yourself up to source.
Perhaps calling on a mantra or repeating this affirmation to yourself,
I open up to source energy.
I am ready to receive divine inspiration.
Start to turn your awareness into curiosity.
Asking on your higher self and asking what inspiration am I ready to receive?
How open can I be to divine light?
Continue to breathe.
Feel free to ask those questions as many times as you'd like.

I open myself to receive inspiration and I trust the inspiration I receive.
I honor the process and practice of listening to my higher self.
Breathe life into those inquiries just a few moments more.
Softening.
Opening.
Allowing.
Find a way to thank your higher self.
Take another cleansing breath in.
Open mouth exhale.
Slowly bring your awareness back to the sound of your breath.
And then the sounds near you.
And the sounds off in the distance.
Slowly open your eyes and return to your space.
It's an open channel.
