Hello and welcome to the Vowel Toning Meditation.
I am Laura Rose with the Vocal Sanctuary and inside this meditation we'll be exploring the English vowels A,
E,
I,
O and U.
This is a great meditation to center and focus the mind.
We'll also be exploring breath support and how you can enhance or elongate your breath.
We'll understand the placement of vowels and also explore this relationship between the consistency of your breath and your tone.
I invite you to find your spine nice and long.
Take a moment to tune into your breath.
We'll begin toning,
Taking a nice breath in and elongating on the sound A.
The vowel sound A.
It'll sound like this with a deep breath in.
A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A.
Take a deep breath in and try it for yourself.
A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A-A.
