Welcome to this tapping pause.
This is a short EFT tapping reset to help you release any stress and tension that you may have built up during your day.
It's not a full tapping session,
Just a gentle pause,
So to say a moment to reset,
Recharge and come back to yourself in the midst of a busy day.
Tapping can help your body release stress and by practicing it regularly,
Even if just for a few minutes,
You may find it easier over time to access a sense of focus,
Flow and steadiness throughout your day.
During this meditation you can simply follow along by tapping on the points I mentioned and repeating the phrases out loud.
If anything I say doesn't resonate with you at all,
You of course don't have to repeat it,
You can simply rephrase it.
And if you're in a place where saying it out loud is not an option,
You can simply repeat them silently.
And we begin tapping on the side of the hand,
Which is a fleshy soft part underneath your little finger,
And I invite you to repeat after me.
Even though I feel stressed,
There's so much going on at work and I can hardly see the end of it,
I choose to accept that this is what I am feeling right now.
Even though it's already been quite a day and my mind is racing and all over the place,
Right here and right now I choose to acknowledge how I feel and give myself a moment to pause.
Even though there's a lot on my plate and it feels a bit overwhelming,
I choose to meet myself with a little more understanding and compassion right now.
And we tap on the inside of the eyebrow,
So much going on.
Outside eye,
My mind keeps racing,
Under the eye,
This monkey mind,
Under the nose,
All these tasks,
These to-dos,
It's all I can think about.
Chin,
And all this pressure,
Collarbone,
It's hard to slow down and recharge,
Even though I know I need it.
Under the arm,
And it's hard to see the end of it all,
There's so many to-dos.
Top of the head,
And my body feels tense and restless.
Inside eyebrow,
Maybe I can pause,
And I might do it right now.
Outside eye,
It feels bold and daring,
And I do it anyway,
Because I know I need it.
Under the eye,
Just for this moment,
I pause,
And recharge.
Under the nose,
I don't need to do everything at once.
Chin,
One thing at a time is perfectly fine.
Collarbone,
Right here now,
I can let my shoulder soften,
I can let my jaw soften,
And my belly.
Under the arm,
And I'm taking a slow conscious breath in,
And out.
Top of the head,
Allowing a little more space,
Space for fresh energy,
Focus,
And flow.
Side of the hand,
And I trust that even a small reset like this does make a difference.
This is where we stop tapping,
And I invite you to take one more slow,
Gentle breath in through your nose,
And out through your nose.
Keep it soft and slow.
And notice how your body feels right now.
Notice if anything shifted in your body,
Your thoughts.
And from here,
You can simply return to your day.
And whenever you need another reset,
Or even before you really need it,
You can come back to this tapping pause and recharge your energy.
