In a world full of noise and distraction, Katie helps people find calm, clarity, self-mastery and resilience so they can live happy, authentic and intentional lives. Combining mindfulness, neuroscience, psychology, visualisation and holistic wellbeing practices, Katie is passionate about supporting her students to access and trust their own inner wisdom and the wisdom and teachings of Nature. Katie has been practicing mindfulness for over a decade and has trained with Mindfulness UK to gain a Level 4 certificate in Integrated Mindfulness and Compassion in Professional Practice certified by the CPCAB, and trained with the Mindfulness in Schools Project to teach mindfulness to children aged 7-18 years.
