Energy is the life force that permeates and animates life in this dimension. Take a moment for your breath to open your awareness to the energy you are carrying. This guided meditation will deepen your unstanding of your current energetic footprint using techniques of breath and healing light. This meditation accompanies Class 4. Transcript

Begin by sitting straight up in your chair,

Back upright but relaxed,

Feet firmly on the floor.

Rest your lower arms on your thighs,

Hands palm up as you close your eyes and open to receive.

Begin to observe your breath.

Slowly allow the natural healing rhythm of your breath to bring you deep within into your core of inner peace and balance.

Inhale focusing your awareness on pulling in peace,

Allowing all outside concerns to drift away.

Allow all of your thoughts,

Feelings and emotions to gently slide away as you let go and come into your center.

Now deepen your breath and place your awareness on a beautiful golden orb of energy that is pulsating just above the top of your head.

Observe it closely,

Noticing the vibrant color and as you do reach up and touch it,

Imagine your hand immersed in this field of energy.

Imagine an opening at the top of your head and as you inhale you are able to bring this infinite healing energy into your body,

Sending it wherever needed.

As you exhale let go,

Let go of any tension or worry you are holding as you allow yourself to rest.

From this place of detachment and balance,

Bring into your conscious awareness an experience in your life that is affecting you in a negative way.

At first just observe the energy that is present and then step into it,

Gently allowing yourself to experience it in all of its aspects.

The feelings,

The thoughts,

The story and as you do so allow yourself to feel the vibration of the energy carried there.

Completely shift your awareness now into a place of gratitude.

Simply focus on being grateful for something,

For someone,

For an experience.

Now revisit the negative experience and tune in once more to the vibration of the energy and information that is present.

Sit with it,

Bringing the vibration of gratitude with you.

Focus now on an experience that was positive in your life and sit with the vibration that is being held.

At first just observe this energy,

Being as present with it as possible and when you are ready,

Immerse yourself.

Step fully into the vibration you find there,

Bringing deeper understanding,

Expansion and possibilities into your life.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes and return to the room.
