Take a moment for your breath. This guided meditation will deepen your awareness and connectedness to yourself using techniques of breath and healing light. When you find yourself wanting to fix something about yourself as you are, first go within and be present to whatever is so in this moment. As you integrate the lessons to be learned, the purpose of that manifestation is served and your reality shifts.

Transcript

Begin this meditation by sitting straight up in your chair,

Back erect but relaxed,

Feet firmly on the floor,

Hands in your lap,

Turn palm up.

As you sit,

Start to notice your breath,

Just observe it as you inhale and exhale in your normal rhythm.

As you close your eyes and focus on your breath,

Begin to notice tiny particles of gold light all around your body.

As you inhale and exhale,

Notice that these light particles are becoming brighter and joining each other until it is a big field of golden light,

Completely surrounding your body.

Now focus once more on your breath and deepen your breathing,

Slowing down your inhale as you pull that healing light as deeply into your body as possible.

As you exhale,

Let go.

Release stress or worry and allow yourself this space just for you.

Inhale deeply and as you pull that light into your body,

Send it to the top of your head.

As you exhale,

Let go and allow yourself to be in this present moment.

Inhaling allow that light to travel easily as a flowing stream down your back,

One vertebra at a time releasing with this light as you let go.

Inhaling this beautiful light,

Feel it flowing through your face and your throat,

Your upper body and arms and out your hands and fingertips as you let go.

Inhaling this perfect light,

Send it now to your abdomen as it flows gently throughout,

Relaxing and bringing into alignment and balance every cell of your being.

As you allow yourself to be in this present moment,

Notice any part of your body that seems out of balance and as you inhale,

Pull that light into the area until it feels balanced once more.

Allow yourself to relax and float in this exquisite light,

Totally supported and totally at peace.

Allow yourself to be totally renewed in this place of rest as you slowly become conscious of the room and your chair once more.

Focus on your normal rhythm of breathing as you slowly return and allow yourself to bring this peace with you as you open your eyes and return to the room.
