Hello,
My name is Jen Edwards,
And this morning I will be guiding you through a centered breath with the intention for you to be able to find steadiness and support with your breath throughout this day.
So however it feels best for your body,
Allowing yourself to soften,
Whether you are seated or lying down,
Softening throughout your entire body,
Softening from the bottoms of your feet all the way to the top of your head,
Perhaps being mindful this morning to allow for softening in that tight neck and chest and shoulders,
Perhaps even your jaw,
So you may start your day soft.
And now notice the ground and support beneath your physical body,
Noticing where you feel your body touching the ground.
The contact points with your body and the ground's energy,
The support and the steadiness,
The stability that the ground offers.
And if you need to wiggle just to really notice the support beneath you,
Allow yourself the opportunity to shift and adjust so you are more able to fully sense the support of the ground.
And now softly begin to move full breath through your body,
Inhaling,
Breathing all the way in through your nose and all the way down to your belly,
Feeling your entire body expand with new,
Fresh day breath.
And as you exhale,
Feeling your body contract and soften into the ground and the support it offers.
Continue moving those full cycles of breath through your body,
Inhaling full,
Feeling the expansiveness,
The newness of each and every breath,
And the exhaling,
The softening,
The holding,
The release of perhaps what is not serving your body.
Inhaling full and expansive,
Exhaling,
Contracting and softening,
Feeling the ground with each and every exhale,
And continue moving those full cycles of breath in and out.
Continue to notice the contact points as you move your breath and with your body and the support of the ground beneath you,
Feeling the energy of the movement of your breath and the connection with the ground beneath you,
Pulling strong into the way the energy feels throughout your body so that you may carry this energy and hold it throughout your day.
Cycling through those expansive inhales and exhales,
Staying connected fully with your breath moving in full cycles as you inhale and exhale and the ground supporting you,
Connecting with the energy,
Holding it precious in your body,
Reminding yourself that at any moment in your day,
In this day,
May you find this breath to allow for you to come back to a grounded,
Spacious,
Supportive energy,
And may you utilize this tool within you with your breath and with the ground to find stability.
May you carry on with your day,
Feeling this sensation,
This energy,
Filled with light and love.
