Clarify what you want.

Find a comfortable position,

Close your eyes and take a deep breath.

Another one.

Slow breath in.

Allow your body to settle.

Letting your shoulders drop,

Your jaw soften,

And your spine lengthen,

The crown of the head lifts.

Gentle awareness at the breath.

Now bring your awareness inwards.

Imagine a blank white canvas in front of you.

This is your life,

Your space to create.

Whatever you do with it,

The brush is in your hands.

Nothing is fixed and everything possible.

Begin to explore what is it that you truly desire.

Don't filter or judge yourself.

Let the images,

Sensations and feelings arise naturally.

Notice the emotions that come up when you think of your ideal life.

Excitement.

Peace.

Joy.

Curiosity.

Let them move through your body.

And imagine each desire as a glowing light.

See its shape,

Its texture,

Its color.

Perhaps it's a golden,

Vibrant,

Warm light.

Step closer,

Observing it carefully.

Letting it become graspable,

Tangible in your mind.

And now feel into your essence of your desire.

Not the material things,

Not the circumstances,

But the feeling it brings.

How does it make you feel?

How does it make your heart beat?

How does your body respond?

Take a breath,

Sensing it fully.

And allow yourself to write and paint it with your imagination.

Picture the steps your life would take if you already had this desire.

Picture your life like you're already there.

Now who are you?

What are you doing?

How is it that you interact with the world?

And let your life expand naturally.

As you breathe in,

Invite clarity to deepen.

As you breathe out,

Release confusion and distraction.

And feel your mind focusing,

Settling into the certainty of what you want.

Silently affirm.

I know what I want.

I am here.

I am open to receive it.

I deserve clarity and fulfillment.

I know what I want.

I am open to receive it.

I deserve clarity and fulfillment.

And take one last deep breath,

Feeling a sense of clarity settling into your body,

Your mind,

Your heart.

And when you're ready,

Start opening your eyes,

Carrying this newfound awareness with you into the world.
