So I'd like you just to make yourself comfortable now.

You might like to close your eyes and just be aware of my voice as I guide you into this important journey of your heart.

So being aware of your feelings and at times feeling perhaps overwhelmed with grief but allowing yourself to release those tears in whatever way is comfortable for you.

So I'd like you to hold the memory of your loved one with you and know that they are in your heart and so I'd like you to bring your attention to the area of your heart and to get a sense of taking a journey within,

Giving yourself some time to journey within to the sacred center of your heart,

A beautiful place where you can connect in again with your loved one.

So making that journey now just very easily and comfortably.

Breathing in and breathing away.

Aware of the gentle rise and fall of your breath.

Breathing in and breathing away.

Guided to this sacred center within yourself.

Connecting again with your memories.

Feeling connected and acknowledging the value of your feelings at this time.

And so knowing that you can connect in now,

Taking some special time to hold your loved one close and sharing again those special moments that come to your mind that you hold in your heart,

Forever in your heart.

Just allowing yourself that time now,

Staying connected with the feelings in your heart and the memories,

Important memories.

Aware of your strong feelings.

Trusting in this time that you give to yourself.

Looking into the eyes of your loved one and sharing with them what it is that you need to let them know.

Important things that you need to share with them.

And as you share those feelings,

Experiences now,

There's a sense of connection,

A loving connection.

And knowing at some time there will be that inner peace again.

That you know deep down that you always hold them in your heart.

Just being with them now.

Noticing the ebb and tide of your own feelings and emotions.

Noticing the intensity and how it might change.

Trusting in yourself at this time.

For truly only you know what you hold in your heart sacred.

And so keep breathing,

Breathing in your loved one.

And as you breathe out expressing your feelings and allowing your thoughts to carry you,

Reflecting on different experiences and memories.

Forever in your heart.

And so it's time now for you to just make your way back.

To know that you can come back to this place in your heart whenever you need to.

That you can connect in again.

And for now just allowing yourself some time to come back.

To come back along that pathway of your heart.

And so notice what it's like for you as you make your way back.

You might notice that there's some resistance there and that's okay.

And you can still make your way back.

Coming back to your everyday awareness.

Coming back to your body and just gently resting there enjoying the beautiful music.

Collecting your thoughts and your feelings.

Giving yourself some time to reorientate yourself back into your body.

And you might like to take in a nice deep breath.

Letting away any emotion,

Frustration,

Any feeling.

Just letting it go and taking in another nice deep breath.

And letting go.

That's good.

And one more deep breath in and letting it go.

And then having a bit of a stretch.

Stretching your fingers.

Opening your eyes.

And just being back.

Back in the here and now.

Ready for your everyday activities.
