Welcome to this chakra meditation,
Focusing on the activation of the Kundalini through the Sushumna in two chakras.
I will be guiding you as Siddhartha San.

Find a beautiful sitting space and try to sit in Siddhasana or Siddha Jnana Asma.
On Siddhasana we could bring any of our ankles underneath our perineal if we are men and or be above a car that is perpendicular to the floor and that we have utilized to put under the perineum.
If not,
Just find a comfortable cross-legged position.
For the Siddha Jnana Asma in the woman,
The leg instead of being underneath the perineum could be present literally in the beginning of the vagina.
Feel yourself.
Place both hands on your knees in Chin Mudra,
Palms facing upward,
Thumbs and forefingers together and close your eyes in the space and make the body steady.
The spinal column should be absolutely upright and straight with the back and shoulders fully relaxed.
Just notice your own breath,
Bring awareness to your inhalation and your exhalation,
The head and the spinal column.
The whole body is completely relaxed and immobile.
It is motionless like a statue,
Like a stone.
Maintain absolute awareness of the physical body,
Of energy in your spinal column.
Just to breathe through the six physical chakras to activate them,
Through clearings,
Through witness,
Through awareness.
I will start going through them for us to localize them.
First one is Muladhara,
Red color.
It is in the area of the perineum where the cervix goes for the woman.
It is the space that has some pulsations and the holder cells make us grounded.
Then we have Svadhisthana,
Between the genitals and the lower navel point.
We can localize that on the spinal column.
Then we have Heart Chakra,
Anahata,
Green color or chest or heart,
Between the chest and the spinal column.
And as you keep following upwards you find the Throat Chakra,
Mishuri,
Indigo Blue,
Ajna Chakra or Thera,
Sunlight,
The witness of God,
The perception,
The vision.
And as we find ourselves in Ajna Chakra now,
We can start to breathe into the space.
Feel your body focusing on the pineal gland,
The space of the Ajna Chakra,
And feel the pulsations there,
The heartbeats of the chakra.
It is directly behind the eyebrow center and on top of the spinal column,
Where the pineal gland is situated.
Try to discover this pulsation within this Ajna Chakra.
Be absolutely aware of this pulsation and trust any chakra,
And you can repeat with me mentally or physically.
As you put your attention on your Thera and the pulsation,
We are going to repeat and chant the mantra OM with every pulsation along 21 times.
When we do this,
We are going to practice as a winning mudra.
And just practicing this mudra,
Our attention will go automatically to Ajna Chakra.
By the contraction and relaxation of the anus point,
We will get to that point.
So every time we chant the mantra OM,
We are contracting,
We release,
We finish the OM.

We will open our eyes and adopt Nasi Kagra Drishti.
Gazing at the nose tip.
When you gaze at the nose tip,
We are going to be contracting and releasing the perineum and the cervix floor.
That's why we chant the mantra.
