As the external world fades away start going deeper and deeper into your inner world.
Feel the blood flowing through your body.
Feel the surface beneath you.
Feel into this moment just the way it is.
If you feel unease or distracted at any moment come back by simply tapping into your breath.
Deepen your breath as you inhale.

As you strengthen your connection with your inner world and deepen your breaths and your heart,
See yourself travelling to the inner depths of your heart.
See yourself travelling through the portal of your heart almost like you are opening a doorway and entering a new space right within your heart.

Feel the fresh breath of nature.
Perhaps there are boats chirping.
There's soft whispers of the wind.
Feel into this and take in the surroundings.
Feel the joy in this moment.
Find a comfortable soothing spot here and lie down or sit down.
As you touch the surface of the ground today here,
Feel the earth holding you with safety and love.
This is your safe space and as you get even more comfortable,
See yourself releasing all your tension,
All your anxiety,
All your worries onto the surface of the earth almost melting down like butter.
Feel yourself sinking deeper and deeper into the womb of the earth,
Feeling safe,
Soot and healed.
As you find safety here,
As you find love here,
Allow yourself to open up.
Allow yourself to feel any emotions or any memory which wants to come true.
What have you been chasing of late?
What have you been looking for outside?
What is it that your heart has been desiring and asking for?
What is it that you have been seeking?
This is your safe space and you are allowed to feel into all of it.
This is your space and you are allowed to feel all of it.
Feel into it.
Feel into it and let your deepest needs and desires right in this moment come to the surface.

Look onto your left or right and see a divine mirror of you.
See yourself right beside you,
Wearing exactly what you are wearing,
The hair done exactly the way like yours is,
The smile on their face looking at you.
He or she is just you.
Perhaps you sense a little difference.
Perhaps they are here to give you something,
To hold you.
Perhaps they are just you,
Just a little more embodied and in their complete worth,
Knowing who they are,
Relaxed,
Smiling,
Calm,
In no rush to prove,
To be,
To go,
To chase anything about who they really are.
As you look into their eyes,
You feel a deep sense of admiration and you feel safe enough to tell them exactly what you need at this time,
What you need,
What you want,
What emotion your heart is yearning for.
Is it love,
Is it a hug,
Is it acceptance,
Is it safety,
Is it communication or perhaps a need to be seen?
Whatever it is,
Let them know they are here to give this to you today,
Unconditionally,
Without any conditions because they love you unconditionally.

Let them give this to you in any shape or form or gesture or energy.
Feel free to receive it in any form,
