Today we are sinking into an affirmation episode where I will be sharing some affirmations on trusting yourself to strengthen your faith,

Your trust on yourself which in another words is an extension of the source energy,

The divine energy.

So for the next few minutes make sure the present opens and anchors into your own energy of self-trust.

So take a deep breath.

My intuition is guiding me.

I am an extension of source energy.

Oof, that reminder of having the cosmic blueprint really got me, thank you!

These affirmations are SO IMPORTANT, especially for those of us working our ways through the Trauma that planted the message that we are not trustworthy/we are to blame/we are the sources of our own shame. It’s incredibly powerful.

My only complaint has to do with the sound mix of the recording itself. It’s EQed so the highs are too prominent, and the “s” is overpowering. Using a de-esser, and/or adjusting the EQ’s so the “s” frequency isn’t so prominent could help in the future! (I really do hope that’s helpful and not merely “nit-picky”)
