Find a quiet and comfortable space where you can sit undisturbed for the next few minutes.
Lower your gaze and look at a spot on the floor.
Gently focus on the spot while breathing in and out deeply.
Continue this rhythmic breathing,
Feeling each breath deepen your state of relaxation.
As you become more relaxed,
Each exhale is carrying away thoughts and each inhale is bringing you a deeper sense of peace.
Allow yourself to sink into this rhythm as your mind becomes more tranquil with each breath.
Now take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Release the dramas and stories that occupy your thoughts.
These stories,
Woven from past guilt and future anxieties,
Cloud your present reality.
Breathe in deeply and as you exhale,
Each story is being lifted away with a breath,
Leaving behind a clear and open space within you.
As you inhale,
Release the need to analyze or obsess over the details of your life.
Each breath is deepening your state of relaxation.
As you become more relaxed,
You understand the art of addressing issues without becoming consumed by them.
When you sit here breathing,
You understand what needs your attention and what does not.
Breathe in gently and breathe out smoothly and as you do so,
Your to-do list is vanishing,
Becoming fainter and fainter and now it's completely gone.
At this moment,
You are firmly anchored in the now.
Now turn your attention to your heart.
Feel any frustration,
Anger,
Anxiety or any other emotion you may be feeling.
As you breathe in,
Acknowledge these emotions and as you breathe out,
Let them go.
Continue this rhythmic breathing,
Feeling each breath anchor you in the present moment.
As you sink into the rhythm of your breath,
You release your burdens and feel the lightness in your spirit.
As you breathe deeply,
Allow yourself to notice a space opening up for joy and contentment within you.
You begin to sense a feeling of expansion,

You are naturally inviting joy and contentment to enter.
Carefully observe and welcome this sensation,

You are a soul.
You the soul radiate with luminosity and are beyond the constraints of time.
You are an eternal being of luminous light.
You are a spiritual being and your body,
The physical form,
Is merely a vehicle.
