I come back to this meditation every time I want to experience and feel my mothers love once again, as she has been gone since 1994 I need it and I feel it. I love Eric Satie’s beautiful music in the background - so relaxing and it’s rhythms augment the breath.

This was so beautiful and mellow. It allowed me to really honor my mother through my breath. The calm and soothing sounds of his voice really made a huge difference in what he was saying compared to others. I highly recommend and can’t wait to do more with him!

Ricky, my beautiful mother passed away at home about two weeks ago from cancer at the age of 69. I love and miss her dearly. I’ve been feeling numb and emotionally blocked since her passing. This meditation helped me feel connected to her, and grieve her. I cried the whole time, but I needed that. Thank you.
