I invite you now to just get comfortable and I invite you to just close your eyes,
Sit down or lay down and really begin to tune inward and start to pay attention to your breath.
All you need to do now is listen to the sound of my voice and just be open to whatever you may experience during this meditation and journey today and just know that you are safe and held and supported in this space.
I'm going to go ahead and open the circle now.
I light this candle now to open the sacred circle and set the sacred space.
We invite in our spirit guides,
Ascended masters,
Ancestors,
Angels,
Unicorns and dragons of the highest love and light to come in close now and be with us in this circle.
Support us in this circle and amplify the energies.
We invite in Archangel Uriel who oversees the summer solstice to be with us in this circle and to provide their energy and love and protection.
We invite in the energies of the elements and the four directions,
North,
South,
East and west and air,
Fire,
Earth,
Water and ether.
We invite in Mother Earth to be with us in this circle to provide her energy and guidance and love.
We invite in the energy of the sun,
Our brilliant and shining and glorious sun to be with us in this circle today and provide energy and protection.
We set the intention to connect with the earth and the energies of summer.
We set the intention to release what no longer serves us and to align with the energies of relaxation,
Rejuvenation,
Recalibration and rebirth.
We set the intention that each of us release what we need to release,
Receive what we need to receive,
Hear what we need to hear and heal what we need to heal through this circle for our highest and greatest good and the highest and greatest good of all.

Now take a deep belly breath in through your nose and exhale out through your mouth.
One more time in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Begin to bring awareness to the weight of your body on the earth.
Feel into your physical connection to the earth and all the areas your body is touching a surface,
Your seat,
Your feet,
Your hands,
Your back.
Now bring your attention to your spine.
Begin to notice the base of your spine.
I invite you now to visualize in your mind's eye a column of light leading from the base of your spine downward.
This column of light extends down through your legs,
Through your feet,
Through your toes,
Down through your earth star chakra into the earth.
This column of light keeps extending downward now deeper into the earth,
All the way into the core of the earth,
Into the heart of the earth.
Feel into this energetic connection to the earth.
And now invite up through this column of light fresh streams of energy from the earth.
This energy from the earth travels up the column of light through your earth star chakra,
Through your toes,
Through your feet,
Up your legs,
Into your spine,
And now covers your entire body.
This column of light and energy you've been building now extends out of your crown up,
Up through the sky,
Through the atmosphere,
Higher and higher until it connects with the sun.
And now invite in fresh and vibrant energy from the sun to travel back down the column of light down into your crown.
This energy and light travels over your head,
Over your chest,
Over your shoulders,
Into your spine,
Over your stomach,
Through your legs,
Through your feet and your toes and covers your whole body.
Take a moment to bask and bathe in this beautiful and bright energy from the earth and from the sun.
And now we're going to send this energy out,
Out of our bodies in all directions,
Above you,
Below you,
In front of you,
Behind you.
Send this energy out for one mile all around you.
Creating this beautiful circle of energy and light that encompasses everything,
Every being for one mile all around you,
Sharing this beautiful energy with the world.
We now invite in Archangel Zadkiel in the violet flame of transmutation to come forth now to help us clear away any density,
Anything that no longer serves us,
Anything that it's time to release from the past six months for our highest and greatest good.
I invite you to visualize in your mind's eye a roaring fire in front of you now,
A bonfire with violet flames.
Perhaps you can feel the heat from this fire touching your body,
This beautiful violet fire.
When you're ready,
Keeping this fire in front of you,
Throw in the fire anything you want to let go of.
Anything you're ready to release from this lifetime or from past lifetimes,
Throw it all in the fire.
Don't overthink it,
Just let it come out of you.
Any blocks,
Any density,
Any negativity,
Anything stuck,
Situations,
Emotions,
Bitterness,
Throw it all in the fire,
Whatever it is.
Watch it all burn away.
When you're done,
When you've thrown everything you can into the fire,
You now step forward into the flames,
Into the fire,
And let the flames burn away anything in your body,
In your chakras,
In your energy field that isn't yours.
Any cords,
Any hooks,
Any energetic hooks,
Anything that isn't serving you,
Anything that isn't for your highest and greatest good,
Just let the flames do their magic,
Let it burn away.
When you feel cleansed,
When you feel like the violet flame has burned up everything that it can,
When you're ready and you feel complete,
Step out of the flames,
And we thank Archangel Zadkiel and the violet flame for all that they did for us and all that was transmuted in us.
Now turn your attention and your awareness back to the column of light that we created connecting us to the earth and to the sun.
Visualize these columns of light in your mind's eye.
Begin to travel now up the column of light,
Almost like an elevator,
Up into the sky.
The column of light is a portal and we're taking this portal,
This column of light,
All the way up into the sun.
Embrace yourself in the sun.
Merge with the sun.
Let the sun wash over you.
Let the sun fill you up.
Let the sun's energy and light and light codes fill every cell of your body.
Bathe in this energy.
See yourself and every cell of your body shining as bright as the sun.
Let the sun fill you with the energies of rejuvenation,
Recalibration,
Vibrancy,
Joy,
Rebirth,
And abundance.
Let these light codes soak into you and feel your energy rising.
Feel your frequency rising.
Feel yourself shining.

Spend another minute swimming in the sun and soaking up these energies and light codes.
