Oh,
Hello and thank you for joining me for this meditation,
Bridging Heaven and Earth in the Body.
I like to start every meditation with three big deep breaths.
Breathing in through your nose,
Filling up the belly.
Making a nice verbal,
Ah,
On your exhale.
And so continuing to breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth in any pattern that is comfortable for you.
Just going to allow yourself to relax deeper in your body.
Really coming to terms with the fact that you are human and divine.
Your body,
Your DNA is from this earth.
Your soul,
Your spirit,
The breath and the light in you is divine.
One does not discount the other.
And our goal in being here on earth in a human body is to be fully human and experience our humanity as divine.
So breathe deep into your chest on that one.
And sometimes I like to actually move the body so you could take your elbows back and stretch out your chest.
Or you could bring your elbows really forward and stretch out your upper back.
And allow that concept of being human and divine to melt into the physical tissues of your body.
Keep breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Allowing the muscles of the back of your body to soften.
Allowing the muscles of the chest and your shoulders and your arms to soften.
Bringing in the energy of acceptance.
The acceptance of your humanity in all of its perfect imperfection.
Yeah,
There you go.
You might even find yourself softening down your back.
As you breathe in,
Once again,
The acceptance of your perfect imperfection.
Your deeply human,
Deeply feeling,
Flawed self that is also loving and cautious and good.
In all the ways that you are good.
Loving any part of yourself that went to the polarity of good and bad and right and wrong.
Accepting that you've always been doing your best.
In that moment.
In your best wasn't equal in each moment of your life.
There you go.
Allowing your breath to move through your body with a little bit more ease.
Breathing in to your heart space or to your solar plexus.
Your solar plexus is just below your heart above your belly button.
As you breathe in there,
I invite you to ignite or to allow the light within you to brighten.
With each breath in,
Almost fanning the flame of your own light source.
There you go.
You might want to take a big deep exhale,
Maybe a little bit like the beginning or maybe not.
Maybe just breathe in deep and just let it all out.
Allow yourself to let go of being hard on yourself.
Accepting the part of you that set your expectations for yourself too high.
On that being human and divine scale.
By accepting our humanity.
We get into greater touch with our divinity.
There you go.
Allow that feeling of ease being easy in your body.
Being easier with your breath.
Having that ease to move deeper and deeper into your heart and then deeper and deeper into your body.
Thank you so much for breathing with me.
For being willing to reconcile your humanity and your divinity in your body.
