In this three minute meditation session,

I would like you to simply relax and release.

Let's go.

Place yourself in a comfortable position for three minutes.

Share your thoughts for the moment.

Become in tune with the melody.

Now I'm going to count to three and when the three appears,

Simply close your eyes.

One.

Two.

Three.

And then leave the suffering forever.
