Good morning.
Welcome to this new day.
Allow yourself to softly awaken.
You may stay in the comfort of your bed or take a chair.
Begin to feel your body awakening and how parts of your body are connected to the surface beneath you.
Becoming aware of your head,
Your face,
Your brow,
Moving to your shoulders,
Your arms,
Perhaps stretching your torso,
Pelvis,
And legs,
Feet resting.
You're resting on this earth,
Pulled by the natural weight of gravity,
Fully supported.
I invite you to take your hands and rest your palms open,
Lightly closing over your eyes for these next few breaths.
Just breathe as we welcome this bright new day,
Gently connecting to our breath and body with gratitude.
Gratitude boosts our health,
Strengthens our relationships,
Creates compassion and connection to ourselves and to everyone around us.
So thank yourself for beginning this new day,
Allowing for this time and connection with your life.
Feel your breath,
Holding it at the top and releasing the air.
Emptying your breath,
Removing the stale air from the night's rest.
Breathing in through your nose,
Inhale,
Belly rise,
Exhale,
Belly falls.
You may wish to move your hands if you haven't already to your stomach,
Feeling the inhale and the exhale.
As you breathe in,
Allow clean,
Renewing oxygen to swell within your lungs.
Feel it going into your muscles,
Nourishing you.
Consciously release the air,
Feeling the belly fall.
Exhale your mind,
Your body and spirit into this new day with oxygen infusing you,
Circulating through your body,
Purifying your thoughts and then release.
Renewing these intentional breaths,
Releasing all fears and concerns for the day,
Letting go of to-do lists,
Busyness in your mind.
Free your body and mind of anything that will not support you for this day.
Now is the time to let all this go and just be here now and just breathe.
And now with your body light and heart open,
You may set your intention for the day.
What is your heart telling you?
What are your deepest desires?
How do you want to feel today?
Take a moment to visualize and feel this intention.
Perhaps it's clarity to perform at your very best.
Maybe it's about making aligned choices to support your health and wellbeing.
Breathe into this clarity coming from your heart and send out this intention into the world.
Place your prayer hands on your third eye chakra between your brow,
Between your eyes.
Feeling the intention with gratitude and just sit with this beautiful feeling.
Feeling into the gratitude for your comfy bed,
Your home,
Nourishing breakfast,
Loved ones,
Your job,
And a deep welcoming to this new day.
And breathe.
Feeling love and gratitude for all that nourishes your world.
Feel this gratitude circulating throughout your body,
Knowing that everything is perfect within this moment.
Take the subtle energy into your day.
See it interact with everyone you meet.
It's a new day.
Your vibration supports your world and those you interact with.
Offer yourself a deep thank you.
Feel the sense of gratitude melting over your neck,
Shoulders,
Chest,
Stomach,
Pelvis and hips.
Feel the gratitude down your legs through the soles of your feet,
Deeply rooting into Mother Earth who gracefully supports you now and throughout your day.
