Summer is a beautiful time to be in an all.

It is energizing,

Joyful and full of unconditional love and acceptance.

Summer is a great time to move our body,

To process and to shake things up so that we can move and align anything that needs to be tended to before we settle into the second half of our cycle,

When our energy turns more inwards and where we require a bit more stillness.

So let's nestle into our summer meditation.

I invite you to take a moment to get comfortable finding a seated pose that's just right for you.

Perhaps this is on the floor or in a chair,

Just ensuring that you are upright so that you can move freely in that spot.

Our intention with our meditation is to move,

To clear and to activate the energy in our womb space.

So as we settle in,

Let's take a deep breath in and a big giant sigh out.

Again,

Big breath in and a big releasing sigh out.

With our eyes closed,

Bring your hands to rest on your knees,

Sitting straight up and feeling the support of the arms and the hands and then feeling the receptivity of your legs holding and supporting those hands.

Today we're going to incorporate movement into our meditation.

We're going to be beginning to stir the energy of our cauldron,

Stirring the energy of that sacred womb space.

So with our eyes closed,

The palms of our hands supported and our breath flowing in and out in a consistent rhythmic pace.

I invite you to connect with the pelvic floor and beginning to envision and feel the sensation of creating the most tiniest circles within the pelvis.

Feeling your torso gently and slowly and very small,

Making these tiny circles.

The torso rotates,

Feeling that movement in through the hips and the pelvis.

And then perhaps with each breath in,

We begin to feel that circle becoming slightly larger,

Like we're creating this spiral action of stirring our torso into that pelvic bowl.

Making the circles bigger and bigger,

Using your breath to help guide the rhythm and just feeling this expansiveness growing from the pelvic floor up into the body.

You may notice that as your circles become bigger and bigger,

That you find your body,

Your torso leaning forward towards the legs as if it was about to fold forward and then moving and circulating all the way behind,

Gripping the fingers on the knees to support as the back leans back and using that exhale to rotate you and coming back forward.

Big circles,

Big breaths,

Taking your time,

Moving and stirring with awareness and feeling the potency of your womb energy awakening.

On your next inhale,

Keeping the circles large in size,

We're going to begin to reverse the direction moving in the opposite way.

This may feel like you're creating clashing of tides as you begin to circle counterclockwise,

Shifting and changing the spinning energy within your womb space.

Feeling the circles large and slow,

Moving with your breath.

Inhale coming forward,

Exhale rolling backwards.

Then slowly and no rush,

Begin to feel those circles closing in,

Becoming slightly smaller with each round of breath,

Taking your time to now spiral back inwards.

Breath moving in,

Breath moving out,

Circles becoming smaller and smaller until you start to feel the circle come back into the original tiniest little circle within your pelvis.

Take another nice deep breath in and as you exhale allowing those circles to come into stillness,

Flowing with the inhale and flowing with the exhale,

Just feel the sensation rippling through your womb.

Notice maybe the swirling,

The tingling,

Whatever sensations come to you in this moment.

Notice that as you feel these sensations,

Does it also bring up images,

Feelings or any other sensation?

Not labeling or trying to understand them,

Rather just noticing and feeling the magic of it all without understanding it.

As we breathe in,

Really feeling our body beginning to pull upwards,

Sitting tall within the energy we've created.

Ears above the shoulders,

Above the hips,

Spine nice and straight.

Take another deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

Another deep breath in through the nose,

Expanding the chest,

The belly,

The womb and exhale through the womb,

The belly and all the way back up and out the nose.

One more deep breath in and as you exhale,

Allow the shoulders to soften and allow your breath to return to its normal natural rhythm.

Allow the sensation to invite relaxation into the body.

Starting at the tip of your toes,

The arches of your feet,

Into the ankles,

Through the calves,

To the knees,

To the upper leg.

On your next inhale,

Imagine sending the breath into your hips and your pelvis,

Into the depth of your womb and as you exhale,

Relax,

Allowing them to fall heavy towards the space below you.

Relax into the belly as it rises and it falls.

Let go of the holding in the chest as the air passes through.

Nice deep breath in,

Feel the breath move all the way down the spine and as you exhale,

Soften the shoulders.

The hands fall heavy and then allow the whole face to relax,

Starting in the jaw and the neck,

Moving to your cheekbones,

To behind the bridge of your nose.

Allow the eyes to relax,

Allow the forehead to soften and simply let go of the need to try and do anything.

Paying attention to the breath,

Not changing it,

Just notice it,

Watching where the breath falls in the body,

Noticing how the breath feels as it enters in the nose and how it feels as it exits the nose.

Watching the breath,

Watching the inhale,

Watching the exhale.

If a thought pops into your head,

Know that this is totally normal.

Just allow that thought to pass by,

Not attaching to judgment or emotion,

Simply acknowledging it and allowing it to go,

Returning the attention back to the breath.

Smell of Tobacco.

On the next exhale,

Releasing the attention to your breath.

Giving the mind permission to do whatever it wants.

Whether that is to stay focused and quiet.

Whether that's to allow it to wander a little bit.

Allowing your mind to do whatever it is feeling called to do in this moment.

Taking a moment to draw your attention now to the heart.

And showing yourself some love,

Some gratitude for taking some time for you today.

Taking your hands to rest on your womb.

And allow this loving energy from your hands to warm your womb.

One last big breath in.

And as you exhale,

Begin to allow your eyes to blink open.

Taking your time to come back into the space.

And in the ripples of this practice into the rest of your day.

Letting realize a forest,

A space for Anxiety orOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH you
