To immerse yourself in the sound experience,

Please make sure you use headphones or speakers that have good audio quality.

Welcome to meditation in sound for creative resilience.

In this practice,

We'll work to reconnect you to your own innate creative energy.

Find a comfortable seat or gently lie on the back.

Remembering to honor yourself with a posture that speaks to your need the most in this moment.

In either posture,

The spine will remain neutral and long.

Begin to gently close the eyes.

Rest your right hand gently on the belly.

Allow the left hand to rest gently in the heart space.

In this posture,

Just soften into your presence and feel safe and grounded in your body.

Noticing this current moment,

How it feels now in space and time.

Notice what's arising in the body at the moment,

Allowing that awareness to expand to your mental and emotional state.

Remembering that we are not our thoughts,

We are not our emotions.

Inhale deep through the nose,

Fresh new vibrant energy.

Exhale releasing into your posture,

Softening,

Surrendering.

Releasing those thoughts,

Those feelings,

And those emotions in this moment.

Allow yourself to create space for the new.

On the next inhale,

See,

Sense,

Or feel the vibration of the color orange,

Luminous,

Radiant,

And on the exhale,

Release the stress that's accompanying your creative block.

Allowing the body to soften and relax deeper.

When the next inhale,

See,

Sense,

Or feel a wave of orange,

This luminous radiant energy wash across the body.

On the exhale,

Further release that stress and anxiety that can come with blocked creativity.

It's a gentle reminder that creativity flows best when we are relaxed and open to receiving new ideas and new ways of doing.

Allow yourself to relax and reconnect to your own creativity through this cultivated energy and sound.

Allowing yourself to rest with the intention,

I am a Creator and I add beauty to the world.

You You You You You You You You You You You You Bring your awareness back to the quality,

The natural rhythm and flow of the breath.

Allow space for three cleansing breaths,

Inhaling deep through the nostrils and audibly exhaling out of the mouth.

And when you're ready,

Allow yourself to gently blink the eyes open.

Remembering that being present with yourself allows you to be present in your life and with your creative output.

Phenomenal! I just stumbled upon this and it ended up being exactly what I’m struggling with right now. I’ll be revisiting this one often and making β€œI am a creator I bring beauty to the world” my new mantra. Thank you πŸ™πŸ½
