Hi.

Thank you so much for joining me in this moment.

Take time now to make sure you're in a comfortable position,

Grounded and present.

And when you are ready,

Begin by closing your eyes,

Taking this time to center yourself,

Connecting with your breath.

Begin by inhaling gently to the count of 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

And exhaling your breath to the count of 6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

And do this breath once again,

Inhaling to the count of 6,

And exhaling to the count of 6.

And do this breath deeply,

Connecting with your body,

Feeling yourself calm on the inside.

And as you inhale this time,

Say to yourself,

I have arrived.

And as you slowly exhale,

Say to yourself these words,

I am home.

For there is nowhere else for you to be but right here,

In this moment,

Spending time with your breath,

Helping you hear yourself better.

And take this moment to take all those things in your mind,

The list of things to do,

And imagine turning these things on your list over to your angels to watch as you spend time with yourself.

As we check in with our physical bodies,

These vehicles that connect us with life,

The vehicle through which our spirit travels this earth,

To take care of ourselves,

To stay healthy,

That we may be present for ourselves and for those around us.

Today's blessing is that as we sit in this space,

Using our breath to connect to life,

That through the breath and through this connection to the divine spirit within,

We restore the energy inside our body,

And with each breath,

Imagine your body becoming restored with this inner light growing stronger and brighter,

Allowing you to shine like a beautiful star glowing in the night sky,

Illuminating the world around you.

And as your light grows and shines brightly,

Imagine that it begins to connect with the light of your friends and family,

With the community around the world.

And as our lights connect with our friends,

Family,

And community,

They begin to shine brightly together,

So that we ourselves collectively awaken,

Forming the body of this spirit of all of creation.

And as the energy of light glows more brightly,

There seems to be no edge to where your body ends and the body of the divine universe begins.

Hafiz,

A 14th century Persian poet,

A mystic and seer,

Wrote this poem that I share with you now.

Light will someday split you open,

Even if your life is now a cage.

Little by little,

You will turn into stars.

Little by little,

You will turn into the whole sweet,

Amorous universe.

Love will surely burst you wide open into an unfettered,

Booming new galaxy.

You will become so free in a wonderful,

Secret,

And pure love that flows from a conscious,

One-pointed,

Infinite light.

And then,

My dear,

The beloved will have fulfilled just a fraction of a promise he wrote upon your heart.

For a divine seed,

The crown of destiny is hidden and sewn on an ancient,

Fertile plain.

You hold the title,

Too.

Oh,

Look again within yourself,

For I know you were once the elegant host to all the marvels in creation.

When your soul begins to ever bloom and laugh and spin in eternal ecstasy.

Oh,

Little by little,

You will turn into God.

Now take a deep breath in,

Breathing in these words from Hafiz.

And exhale.

Imagine breathing these words deeply into yourself,

Connecting the light of these stars with your own.

And as you exhale,

You feel yourself connected to all that is around you,

Knowing that through this practice,

Your physical body continues to be restored,

Healthy,

And strong.

And with this feeling of connection,

Light,

And strength,

Repeat each of these lines after me to yourself.

May I be blessed.

May you be blessed.

May we all be blessed.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

And may this restorative process continue to bless your day,

That as you are filled with these blessings of light,

You may also share them with those around you who you connect to.

Have a beautiful day.

Namaste.

Enjoyed the affirmations intermingled with the poetry. The poem reminded me of our role in the evolving Supreme Being
