Close your eyes.
Now let's take a few breaths together.
You deserve this time to recharge,
To give yourself a moment to breathe.
So breathe in some fresh air.
Exhale anything that no longer serves you.
Continue this practice.
While we're here,
I want to ask you just a few things to help you check in,
Make sure you're on the right path.
How are you doing today?
Really take that in.
Maybe you're where you want to be,
Maybe you're not.
That's okay.
My next question for you is what is one thing you can do,
Just one simple little thing you can do to improve your day?
Maybe it's go for a walk.
Maybe it's just this drop in right here where you can breathe and let go.
Remember who you are and remember how you reflect,
How you respond,
How you show up in any situation.
It's going to affect your whole day.
Maybe you're weak,
Maybe you're month,
Maybe you're a year.
So just breathe for a moment.
Give yourself this time to recharge.

Now while you're here,
I invite you to think of a time that you felt so alive.
A time that you want to keep vivid in your memory,
Something that brings you joy,
Something that brings you strength.
Really feel that.
Feel that in your heart and remember that life is worth living.
You are powerful.
You are beautiful.
You are strong.
You are stable.
You will get through this day and you deserve to continue on a path of light.
So release anything that no longer serves you,
Anything that may be holding you back and just breathe for a moment.
