So just begin to settle into wherever you are here.

If you're seated,

If you're standing,

If you're laying down,

Start to observe the parts of your body that are connected to something.

If it feels safe and comfortable,

You are welcome to close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Begin to observe the breath.

Notice the air moving in and out.

Allowing each breath to become just a little bit longer than the last.

Allowing each breath to become just a little bit longer than the last.

Allowing each breath to soften your body and bring your intention into the space.

If your mind feels busy,

Let go of frustration or even just letting it go.

It's okay that it's there.

Allow those thoughts to finish.

Acknowledge them and bring your intention back to the space into your breath.

Sending the breath to every little part of your body.

Allowing it to root you and ground you into this place.

When you feel ready.

You can start to open up your eyes.

Nice and slow,

Just becoming aware of the things around you once again.

And continuously bringing your intention and your power back to the movement and the flow of the breath.
