Welcome to this guided meditation.

I am so grateful that our paths have crossed.

This is your time to get comfortable.

You can find a comfortable seated pose or you can lie in Shavasana,

Relaxation pose.

You might even place a rolled blanket underneath your knees or to support the back of your neck if you are lying flat on the floor.

Take some time wherever you decide to sit or lie and get comfortable.

This moment of meditation is a gift that you are giving yourself.

I am going to talk for a couple of minutes about the flow of abundance and how gratitude in particular is the on switch for abundance and then I will lead you right into the guided meditation.

So as so many of us experience,

When something isn't going well in our life,

When we are hit with a challenge,

Even when we are not hit with a challenge,

Habitually our mind tends to focus on what isn't working.

Maybe it focuses on what we don't have,

The lack in our life.

And we so often go to that place to try to fix it,

To try to solve it,

Which leads us to believe that there is something wrong with us,

That there is something wrong in our life and if we could just fix it,

All would be well.

But the problem is that we continue to focus on what needs to be fixed,

What needs to be solved,

What we don't have.

And that feeling of lack tends to be the filter in which we see the world.

Now most of us know that when we think a thought,

That thought can become form,

It becomes things,

It becomes activated.

And so if we think from a place of lack,

If we think we are not good enough,

We don't have enough,

We never have enough time,

Resources or money,

Then that's the filter in which we see the world that actually starts to manifest in our life,

It becomes form.

Because what we think about and what we focus on grows.

And so in this practice today,

We're going to switch our mindset and rather than focus on lack and what we don't have,

We want to focus on what we do have.

And being grateful for the things that we have in our life now turns on the flow of abundance.

We start to feel better when we're grateful for what we have in our life.

We start to resonate that energy.

We start to raise our vibration to a place of gratefulness.

And that gratefulness spirals out into our lives.

We start to feel better.

We start to think more healthier,

Supportive thoughts.

And then that's the filter in which we see the world.

From a place of full abundance.

And so as you settle into this meditation,

Please take a moment now to close down your eyes if you haven't already.

Place one hand on your heart center and the other hand on your sacral chakra just below your navel.

And for a moment,

Simply notice your breath without changing it in any way.

Feel it.

Sense it.

Become aware of your breath.

As we start to settle into our meditation,

See if you can fully breathe into the belly and let that breath travel up to your heart,

Expanding your heart.

And then as you exhale,

Release any tension.

Do that just a few more times.

Fully breathe into the belly.

Let that breath travel to the heart.

And then on your exhale breath,

Just release any old stagnant negative energy.

Let it all go.

Again,

Deepest inhale,

Fill up the belly.

And your fullest exhale breath.

Making space in our heart for new thoughts,

New dreams to emerge.

Now place both hands to your heart center.

And for a moment,

Give thanks for your breath.

There is nothing more present than your own breath.

And sometimes when we're faced with challenge,

It is hard to focus on what we're grateful for.

So in this moment,

Can you focus on being grateful for your breath?

You might even softly smile as you exhale.

Sending your heart expand,

Rising up to the sky,

Spacious,

Vast,

Full abundance in your heart,

Full abundance all around you.

Gratitude for our breath.

You can just release your hands now.

If you're seated,

Palms can face up or down in your lap.

If you're lying on the floor,

Turn your palms up.

Receive this practice.

Notice how that helps to open your shoulders,

To open your heart center.

Starting at the crown of your head.

Open a big blue sky,

Expansive,

Endless blue sky.

Your thoughts might be filling up the sky and you're just going to gently turn them into clouds.

Let them float in and let them float out.

And as your mind starts to quiet,

Relax your brow,

Relax your eyes.

Swallow deeply to release the inner nose,

The inner ear and the back of your throat.

Letting your tongue release from the roof of your mouth.

Letting your breath naturally flow in and out effortlessly.

Just letting your breath breathe your body.

As you relax your shoulders away from your ears and you're just scanning now down the body.

The arms are heavy.

The elbows,

The wrists,

The fingers relaxed.

Your heart is expanding with each breath and the belly is nice and soft.

Your hips are open,

Heavy.

Your legs are relaxed.

Your knees,

Your ankles,

Your toes,

Everything is still heavy.

Feel fully supported in this moment.

Letting your sit bones feel the earth,

Letting your body be held by the earth.

Everything in your body is heavy,

But your heart,

Your heart is still expansive,

Open,

Rising up to the sky with each breath.

Feeling a sense of gratitude there,

Green light radiating from your heart.

Gratitude is the on switch for the flow of abundance.

When we focus on what isn't working or what we don't have,

Sometimes we lose sight of what is working and what we do have.

When we can turn that table over,

Flip the perspective and come from a place of gratitude,

We're turning on the flow of abundance.

When we're focusing on what we don't have,

It's like we're creating invisible blocks that block our flow of abundance.

And so today in your practice,

What are you most grateful for in this moment?

Can you remember something that you received,

That you were given in your life?

It could be a very ordinary thing.

Maybe it's laughter from someone you love,

A hug,

A compliment.

Maybe it's a gift.

Maybe it was a look that someone gave you where you just knew they were listening.

How did it make you feel?

How do you feel in your heart when someone gives you something that makes you feel good?

That feeling of gratitude might make you feel warm,

Might make you feel expansive,

Might make you feel blessed.

It might make you even want to smile.

Just feeling that loving energy in your heart.

This time as you inhale,

I want you to breathe in that warm,

Healing,

Nourishing energy like a light in through the nose and then let it push out any stagnant energy.

Out your fingers and out your toes and out the crown of your head.

Again,

Inhaling that light,

That warm gratitude as it fills up your body.

And then as you exhale,

Just push out any stagnant,

Old,

Lack feelings.

Out your fingers,

Out your toes,

Out the crown of your head.

You feel grateful for your life in this moment.

You feel grateful for your past,

What's brought you to this place.

You feel grateful for an expansive,

Unlimited future that is waiting for you.

You feel grateful for the everyday,

Ordinary moments in life.

The smiles,

The laughter,

The kind gesture,

The compliment.

When someone reaches a helping hand,

You're able to receive that gift.

Just as you're able to give that gift to others.

Because our moments of gratitude,

Our flow of abundance is a circle.

When we can receive,

We're better able to give.

When we feel good,

We feel at peace in our mind.

We feel relaxed in our body and our spirit feels free.

And that is the flow of abundance.

Turn on the flow of abundance in your life with gratitude.

I want you to take the next few moments to simply enjoy this gift.

The gift that comes from stillness.

When your mind starts to talk,

Simply let the clouds float out and float in.

Without controlling your mind,

Just let it be gentle.

Gentle clouds floating in and out.

Feel your heart expand.

Feel your body supported.

You are safe in this moment.

The earth is holding you up.

Feel the comfort.

Feel the love that comes from this moment.

Feel the heat.

The warm energy in your heart that's radiating out your fingers and toes and out the crown of your head as it surrounds you with healing,

Loving light.

You are safe.

Trust this moment.

Trust that you can give and receive gratitude.

All you have to do now is let your breath naturally flow.

Naturally breathe your body.

And as you enjoy the flow of abundance,

The flow of unlimited energy inside of you and all around you,

Be here now.

And I will let you know when it's time to return.

As you start to bring awareness back to your body,

Wiggle your fingers,

Do any sort of shifting you need to,

Maybe roll your shoulders a little bit,

Still keeping your eyes closed.

You might even place both hands on your heart center and with your next inhale breathe in that abundant energy.

And as you exhale,

Just relax into that abundance.

Remember how good this feels to be connected to your heart center,

To feel what you're most grateful for in this moment.

And when you're feeling stuck in regret or past thinking or worry and anxiety,

Which is future thinking,

You can use your breath and use your practice of gratitude to bring you back to this moment.

This place where you are not broken,

Where there is nothing to fix,

You have everything you need in this moment.

You are right where you need to be in your life,

Right here and now.

With your next deepest breath in,

Inhale and fill every cell of your body with that abundant flow of energy.

And as you exhale,

Just simply release that abundant energy into the world.

Listen to who you are in this moment of gratitude.

Keep that on switch for the flow of abundance to circulate in your life.

Use this meditation as inspiration whenever you need to be reminded that gratitude will raise your vibration.

Gratitude will help you feel better.

Gratitude will help you see your life from a fresh new perspective.

May you be at peace today.

May you feel a deeper connection to what you're most grateful for in your life.

Namaste.
