You may choose to sit in a chair or lie down in a comfortable position.
Whatever you choose,
Find a way to feel supported and comfortable as you allow your body to relax and your mind to quiet.
Take a moment now to become aware of your breath.
Breathe in deeply,
Feeling the air fill your lungs,
And exhale slowly,
Releasing any tension or distractions from the outside world.
You might place one hand on your heart for a moment and one hand on your belly.
This time as you inhale,
Feel that natural wave of your breath fill the belly on your inhale.
Feel your heart open and rise.
And then as you exhale,
Release any worries or stress from your physical body.
With each new breath in and out,
You can allow yourself to become fully present in this moment.
Hearing that natural sound of your breath traveling in and out,
You can relax your hands now and simply allow your breath to effortlessly travel in and out without any control.
Hear that wave of your breath.
Now if you haven't already,
You can close your eyes,
Relaxing every muscle in your face.
Imagining that your mind is a big blue expansive sky.
And as you do this,
Your mind,
Your head,
Your forehead,
Your eyes,
Every muscle in your face is softening now.
You might even feel a soft smile on your lips as you imagine your mind is expansive.
Any thoughts that travel in and out,
Let them float away like clouds.
As you do this,
Your shoulders relax even further and you feel that wave of relaxation wash down your body.
You swallow and your throat softens.
Your arms are heavy and relaxed.
Your heart is still expanding with each breath and every exhale brings a sense of peace and relaxation down to your belly.
All the muscles in your back,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Everything,
Your hands,
Your fingers,
Your feet and toes are relaxed.
Now as you go inward and use your inner wisdom,
Your inner vision,
You can imagine yourself surrounded by the most beautiful,
Colorful flowers.
Maybe you see this vision in your mind or maybe you simply sense and feel it.
There's no right way to visualize.
Trust your intuition.
As you look around and take a moment to observe the flowers around you,
All of your senses are on overdrive now for a moment as you breathe in the sense of these flowers.
You see the color,
So vibrant,
So radiant,
So electric.
You might even hear birds or a trickle of water in the distance.
Maybe you hear the rustling of the leaves in the trees.
You might even feel this cool breeze or even the warmth from the sun on your skin.
As you swallow,
You could almost taste the dew drops that you see on each flower.
Now as you look around,
You might notice the vibrant colors.
You might even notice that you're drawn to a certain color,
A certain flower.
Notice that flower and its intricate details.
Can you reach out and touch the petals of that flower and feel their softness beneath your fingertips?
As you do,
Imagine that you are tapping into the essence of that flower,
Connecting with the wisdom and energy it holds within.
As you connect with this flower and its true nature,
Its absolute beautiful essence,
Feel a gentle,
Warm energy flowing through you.
This energy that you're drawn to in this flower represents your true nature,
Your true essence,
Your authentic self.
Breathe that in now.
Allow that to permeate every cell of your being as you awaken your inner beauty and radiance.
What color is this flower?
What does it smell like?
As you breathe this flower in and hold it under your fingertips,
What does that feel like in your body?
Can you sense its vibration?
Can you sense its healing power?
Can you sense its gentleness?
In this moment,
Give gratitude for the peaceful,
Healing messages from this flower.
And as you look around,
You notice another beautiful flower that is radiating every color of the rainbow.
This time,
You're really drawn to this flower and you place your hands on the flower,
Feeling the softness again,
Feeling the radiance of every color.
As you see the vibrant colors of this flower and you feel it under your fingertips,
You're merging with that energy,
Filling you with a kaleidoscope of vibrant hues.
Breathe the colors in.
And as you do,
You can feel every aspect of your true nature from all the colors of this flower.
Your creativity,
Your power,
Your compassion,
Your joy,
Your intuition.
Embrace and celebrate the full spectrum of colors from this flower and the true colors that make you,
You.
Take a moment to reflect on the beauty and the uniqueness of this flower.
Just as the flower blooms and expresses its essence,
You have the power to blossom and share your true nature with the world.
As you touch this flower,
Give it thanks and once again,
Look around the garden of flowers around you and bask in the beauty and the energy that surrounds you.
Embrace the essence of these flowers,
Their true gifts,
Their teacher,
Their teaching,
Their guidance is to help you embrace your inner essence and help you celebrate the truth of who you are.
Know that you have the ability to embody your true nature in every aspect of your life.
That you have every color of the rainbow inside of you that make you uniquely you.
That make you wise and beautiful just like this garden of flowers.
In this space,
In this moment,
Allow yourself to relish in this beauty.
The beauty of the garden,
The beauty of the flowers you connected with in this guided meditation,
The beauty in you.
Enjoy the stillness.
