You might feel called to begin this practice with an offering for spirit,
Like lighting a candle nearby.
Arrive in your space with intentional breathing.
If you need more time to leave the physical world behind,
Take time to pause the meditation and do so.
This meditation is best done with a notebook nearby in case you feel compelled to write something down during practice.
Anything you have experienced in your day so far,
Or anything you have to do later,
No longer exists.
It is simply you,
Right here and now,
Breathing into the vastness of the universe.
With the expansive universe in your mind's eye,
Notice how your body feels in relation to all that wide open space.
Do you feel small?
Are you floating?
Observe how your body feels as you begin to zoom in,
Moving from an awareness of the entire universe to an awareness of planet Earth in all her natural glory.
From Mother Earth,
Zoom further into the country you live in,
Noticing any bodily sensations as we travel closer to your personal home.
Moving in further still,
To encapsulate the city you live in.
Closing in on your general area,
Your street,
Your personal dwelling,
And the room that you're in.
Feel a bubble of energy around you,
Warm,
Pulsing,
Buzzing.
Allow the universe,
The planet,
This country,
Your house,
And any space outside your skin to dissolve into a gentle background.
Tune into the rise and fall of your chest while you breathe,
The sound of your heartbeat in your ears,
And the feeling of blood moving through your veins.
Tune into the sensation of being alive.
Remember,
There is no right or wrong here,
And judgment does not exist in this space.
This is a place for observation.
Whatever arises for you is okay.
All experiences are valid.
Bring your awareness to the location of your second chakra,
Your womb space.
If it feels right,
Place your hands upon your beautiful belly.
This space houses creativity,
Joy,
Passion,
And pleasure.
It's a place of nourishment and growth.
This space is sacred.
Invite your breath to move into this space.
Visualize vivid vermilion and burnt orange hues,
As if you were watching the sun travel toward the horizon after a perfect day.
Pour these rich colors into your pelvis,
Filling your sacral and root chakras,
Your uterus,
Sexual organs,
And lower back,
Fueling your fire and feminine essence.
Open up a conversation with your womb.
You might ask your womb,
Is there anything you would like to say to me?
And if your womb had words,
What would they be?
If nothing arises,
Or if this feels rigid or unfamiliar,
That's okay.
There's no wrong way to engage in this experience.
You can always allow my words to fade into the background and simply focus on your breath.
As you continue connecting with your womb space,
Do you have anything that you'd like to say to her?
If you feel uncomfortable,
You might just repeat after me,
Either in your mind or out loud.
This is what I would say to my womb space.
My womb,
I am so sorry.
Life has been hard,
And at times,
I have not treated you with the love and care that you deserve.
I am here now,
Not just to ask for what I need,
But to build a relationship with you.
I want to honor you.
I want to love you.
I am here to love you,
Womb space.
I love you.
Now,
Speaking to yourself,
Your womb,
And the universe.
I have done the best I can with the tools I have had.
That is more than enough.
I am more than enough.
I step into my divine power.
I am a creator of life in all forms.
My body is a miracle.
My existence is a miracle.
I am a miracle.
Thank you for the gift of this life.
As you step into your divine feminine energy,
Rejoice in the knowledge that you are drawing in abundance in all forms.
